Is there anyone else? All right, thank you. The first announcement is regarding my director Louis Agro. Louis will be leaving and I will remain with Change Management. And next we have the first update from (Paul White) from the (PSCC) with an update for system availability. (Paul White): Yes, thank you. Currently all of the ordering and preordering systems are functioning properly with no impacts at this time. And do we have any questions for (Paul)? (Paul), this is Kim Isaacs with Integra. Are the no-circuit ID issue, is that a system issue or a person issue? Training issue? We re still getting (efficacies) with no circuit ID. (Paul White): I will have to look into that, I m not quite - I believe - I don t know right off the top of my head yet, but I ll get back to you. ((Crosstalk)) All right, thank you (Kim). Now we have (Kim Taylor) with the CTE update, please. (Kim Taylor): Hi, good afternoon everyone. Just wanted to give you an update on our December and February releases. For those that did send their intent to test the
December release, just want to remind you that those dates are Thursday and Friday, December 17 and 18. For the February release our first communication will be going out this Thursday the 10th, and that will be our regression progression proposal that will be due back to us by December 17. We also will be sending out our intent to test the February release on Monday, 12/14. The intents are due back on December 28. Your test plans will then be due on January 11th. CTE will be down for the install of the February release on January 22. CTE start date will be January 25. End date will be February 18. These dates are located on our CTE test Web site, under release schedule if you d like to take a look at those. Anyone have any questions? Thank you, (Kim). (Kim Taylor): You re welcome. Next we have the PWG update. (Broadview s) item from last month is not listed on this (unintelligible). However, instructions were sent to the customer on how to send an expedite due date on a (SUP 2). And (Karen), did you have an update for us (as to how it is working) please? Yeah, I mean it seems to be working, the instructions were sent to (Microvision) and supervisor and they ve been using them. So, seems to be working.
My only question is, is this the temporary workaround? Is this the solution? Are they going to actually update the system to accept this (SUP 2) expedite? Well, right now from what - when I spoke with (Anne Lyons) last from (PSCC), it seems that this will be the solution for now. Just - and I m glad that it is working. If that is the case I will distribute the instructions to the rest of the group......and if anybody else has this issue, I appreciate your help with that, (Karen). Okay, thank you. I appreciate you re getting us the instructions. You know they have struggled with this for a long time. And they just happen to you know, nonchalantly kind of mention it to me. And I said well, I ll go ask them and see, so. But it worked out. We got a solution. That s wonderful. Thank you. There - on this month s documents the pending request from Sprint remains as the details are still being ironed out. And that completes the PWG update. I just wanted to give everyone a heads up, the three (Type 5s) previously mentioned are scheduled for the February 2010 release. Please note the three
items are combined onto two separate initiatives, and the system release documents will be posted this Thursday on December 10. Does anyone have any other... This is Kim Isaacs, about the 2010 release? Correct. Those are the only initiatives that are going to be on it? These three on two separate initiatives, correct. What about all the other ones that are pending? We are going to reassess once next year s budget comes in and I - targeting maybe during the March meeting we ll have an update on that. Can you explain why the - I mean not that I begrudge anyone for getting things in, but can you explain what the reasoning was? I mean there s many other change requests that have been out there longer. Ah, yes. Remember when we did the re-ranking last March? M-hmm. These three were the ones that were going to go first because their level of effort were the smallest.
(Liz Balvin): Evelyn, this is (Liz Balvin) from Covad, can I ask just some clarifying questions? I thought that the February release was really utilizing 09 budgetary dollars. That s right. That s correct. (Liz Balvin): Okay, so when we came into Change Management last year, Verizon said no resources will be devoted, Covad actually took that issue to the commission and you did find the means to get some resources. And as I understand it the three that are going in are the ones that you found resources for. Correct. (Liz Balvin): So, to (Kim s) point though, what about - I hear that you don t have the budget yet for next year. Are you saying that you won t have a readout on whether we even have resources until March? Possibly that will - by that time is when I expect the final numbers to have (finalized). And if it s any sooner before March, obviously, I will update the industry before then. (Liz Balvin): And let me just make sure. There s only two releases, right? So we re talking about if we do get resources it would be in the next available release in oh-10. Correct. They will be June and October. (Liz Balvin): Okay, so there s two subsequent releases, okay. Correct. Great. Anyone else?
Evelyn, this is (Lan) from (NewStar). Hi, (Lan). How are you? Good, how are you? I just wondered, do you have any information about the (Frontier) acquisition of Verizon West that you can share with us? (Kim), was there some information there that you wanted to share with the group? (Kim Taylor): No, I m sorry. I don t have any information. (Evelyn Go): Okay great. (Lan), if you don t mind sending any specific questions to the mailbox, I will find some responses for you. Or did - were you just looking for general information? Well, I m looking for general information in addition you know, we re working with......connectivity group that they asked us to set up different circuits for the Verizon West. So, oh and I asked (is that) Covad for the (Frontier) in the future, and I was told that I should check with (change) management, so I thought I d just bring it up.
Okay, great. But yeah, I can send you an email. Okay, and I ll gather up some information for you. Great, thank you. Thank you, (Lan). Great. Anyone else, please? Hi, this is Jamie from Integra. Is (Paul White) still on the phone? (Paul), are you still here? Check in with him. There was an issue in the November release that was supposed to correct the LST and HLST errors on (loop cloud). And we reported that it wasn t working and I didn t know if there s any plan to fix it? Okay, great. (Paul) is not available right now. I will definitely have him get back to you on that. And I m sorry, your name one more time is... It s Jamie Shay for Integra. Okay, that s right. Thank you, Jamie. I have a ticket number. Would that be... Sure, go ahead. It is 0864294.
Okay, 0826... 0864294. Okay, 0864294, gotcha. All right, great. Thank you. Thank you. Is there anyone else who has any Change Management related questions or issues? All right then. If I don t speak to you all before then, I hope everyone has a great holiday and happy new year. Woman: Same to you, as everyone else on the call. Woman: Bye-bye. Thank you so much. END
