Worldwide distribution and support Distribution: AMMs are manufactured in Plano, Texas. AMMs can be shipped to any international destination, subject to export laws and standard customs requirements and processes. Support: Customer purchases support contract and then follows the same process as for VitalQIP in terms of calling Help Desk, opening Assistance Request, etc. Each AMM has a 2-year warranty. If a hardware defect exists: - If customer has purchased Advance Replacement service, the customer will be shipped a replacement AMM immediately. Customer must return the defective AMM within 20 business days. - If the customer has not purchased Advance Replacement service, customer will return the AMM for repair. ALU targets to ship the repaired AMM within 10 business days but could be longer, subject to parts availability. 13 Presentation Title Month 2006
