Worldwide distribution and support Distribution: AMMs are manufactured in Plano, Texas. AMMs can be shipped to any international destination, subject to export laws and standard customs requirements and processes. Support: Customer purchases support contract and then follows the same process as for VitalQIP in terms of calling Help Desk, opening Assistance Request, etc. Each AMM has a 2-year warranty. If a hardware defect exists: - If customer has purchased Advance Replacement service, the customer will be shipped a replacement AMM immediately. Customer must return the defective AMM within 20 business days. - If the customer has not purchased Advance Replacement service, customer will return the AMM for repair.
