004 BRIVA COMPANIES AND CONTACTS. The core of Briva is a user-friendly and flexible module for managing customers, suppliers and partners. Users can link contacts, documents, projects, tasks and different types of dialogues, e.g. emails and phone conversations, to each company. An integrated search function gives you easy access to all data registered under the different companies. BRIVA PROJECT FOLLOW UP. Briva has a clear and efficient solution for planning and implementing projects. Users can categorise and divide tasks in a project into different milestones. Briva utilises all the strengths of SharePoint and thereby has good options for searching, filtering and reporting project information. In addition, progress and status can be visualised in a Gantt diagram. Documents and correspondence relating to a project are easily accessible.
