Briva s user interface is simple and efficient, while also offering a good user experience by being attractive and consistent STIAN BANG CEO AVENTO AS BRIVA Briva consists of a series of solutions based on Microsoft SharePoint. Briva contains modules for CRM, project management, intranet, people and expertise searches, resource booking, document management, helpdesk and search centre, as well as many other modules. Briva is also available outside of SharePoint via a separate website, or from applications for iphone, Android and Windows Phone. and other documents to companies, contacts and projects in a simple and elegant manner. You can use Briva on the Foundation, Standard and Enterprise editions of SharePoint. The solution has no limitations in relation to other SharePoint applications in the same operating environment. They can be integrated in Briva or run in parallel. SharePoint is a well-tested platform for cooperation and document management. By creating smart modules on top of SharePoint, Briva combines the strengths of SharePoint with an efficient, attractive design. We have focused on user friendliness and flexibility as key factors during the development. The configuration can therefore easily be tailored to individual clients requirements and needs. Briva s user interface is simple and efficient, while also offering a very good user experience by being attractive and consistent. Briva takes full advantage of the excellent integration between SharePoint and other Microsoft solutions like Lync. A dedicated module has also been developed for integration between the different Office products and Briva. This enables users to link emails, attachments Briva is developed by Avento AS. With its 34 consultants, it is the largest competence environment for systems development based on Microsoft technology in the northern region of Western Norway. 003 BRIVA STARTPAGE. The structure of the Briva start page is designed to make people s day-to-day work more efficient, so that employees can work in a smarter and more purposeful way. An appealing design, simple personalisation and good navigation mean that it is easy for users to find what they are looking for, and make the solution attractive and user friendly. The start page can be configured according to each employee s function and position in the company, in order to filter out unnecessary information and shiſt the focus to what is important. 004 BRIVA COMPANIES AND CONTACTS. The core of Briva is a user-friendly and flexible module for managing customers, suppliers and partners. Users can link contacts, documents, projects, tasks and different types of dialogues, e.g. emails and phone conversations, to each company. An integrated search function gives you easy access to all data registered under the different companies. BRIVA PROJECT FOLLOW UP. Briva has a clear and efficient solution for planning and implementing projects. Users can categorise and divide tasks in a project into different milestones. Briva utilises all the strengths of SharePoint and thereby has good options for searching, filtering and reporting project information. In addition, progress and status can be visualised in a Gantt diagram. Documents and correspondence relating to a project are easily accessible.

005 BRIVA HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT. Create business value through the strategic management of the workforce. The HR module provides easy and efficient management of documents, equipment, courses, certificates, employee appraisals and follow up of each employee. In addition it contributes to a better recruitment process and helps reduce employee turnover. BRIVA COMPETENCE MANAGEMENT. All companies are focused on retaining the talent and knowledge held by the workforce. Briva HR gives excellent control over the key competencies and enables your organization to close the gap between where you are and where your strategy is set to take you. 006 BRIVA DASHBOARD MY TASKS. In order to make day-to-day work more efficient, Briva has a module that enables employees choose between a set of dynamic start pages. They are adapted to suit the different roles in the organisation and are designed to compile relevant information and thereby give a correct and updated picture of each employee s work situation. For example, project participants will focus on individual tasks, while the project manager focuses on the sum of all the tasks. BRIVA KEY FIGURES PER EMPLOYEE. Provides employees with clear, personalised key information. In the example above, users retrieve data on leave of absence, the invoicing rate and registration of hours from the company s ERP system. The figures can be presented both as graphs and as tables.

007 BRIVA DASHBOARD KEY FIGURES. A dashboard can retrieve data from external sources and present information from other computer systems in the company. This is an efficient way for the company s management to compile key figures and create an overview of the company s state of health. Access to the dashboard is based on access rights. BRIVA EXTERNAL SYSTEMS IN THE SAME INTERFACE. Briva enables users to view several systems in the same interface. In the example above, the company s management system for telephony has been incorporated in Briva. The solution thereby becomes an integral part of the user s work interface. This is an excellent way for a company to make systems and information more easily available, while increasing frequency of use at the same time.

Briva has a module for integration with Microsoſt Office that facilitates the seamless transfer of information to the solution. This enables users to link emails, attachments and other documents to companies, contacts and projects in a quick and elegant manner. This means that important information is stored in a central location and that more employees have access to it. Emails that have been transferred to Briva are automatically assigned a separate icon in Outlook.

Briva Sync Service is an XML-based service for secure, structured synchronisation of data between SharePoint and other computer systems. The solution has two-way reading and writing integration and supports different specialised systems being set up in the same service.

010 COOPERATION WITH USERS WHO DO NOT HAVE SHAREPOINT. Briva has a dedicated web application for optimising cooperation with external parties and organisations. All or part of your SharePoint solution can easily be made accessible to people outside your organisation. The solution has full access control management and is integrated with the standard API in SharePoint. The image above shows projects from Briva that have been made available for project implementation across several organisations. SIMPLE ACCESS TO IMPORTANT INFORMATION. To ensure quick and simple access to important information, Briva has dedicated apps for ios, Android and Windows Phone. This means that, regardless of time and place, you always have access to information about customers, contacts and projects. A standard API is used with SharePoint, and all lists in SharePoint can be made accessible in this interface through simple configuration.

011 DYNAMIC AND USER-FRIENDLY INTRANET. The intranet module in Briva aims to rationalise employees day-to-day work, enabling them to work in a smarter and more purposeful way. Good internal communication will improve employee satisfaction, at the same time as sharing knowledge helps to raise the company s collective expertise. The solution has been developed with a view to creating a dynamic arena that is kept up-to-date and encourages employees to use it.
