Page 3 of 14 Introduction Objective This document is intended to serve as a guide for customers who want to learn how to take advantage of the Order Status Notifications feature in the MyAerospace Portal. Audience This guide is targeted for customers who already have access to MyAerospace Portal and to the Order Status feature. If you don t have access to Order Status, please request it under MyAccount using the Tool Access section of the portal.

Subscribing to Notifications Within MyAerospace Portal you can subscribe to receive e-mail notifications for the following: a) New orders placed b) Shipped orders c) Estimated Ship Date changes d) Summary report of open and recently shipped orders There are two places in the portal were you can subscribe to these notifications: 1. My Account page 2. Order Status page Using My Account page Go to your profile using My Account link at the top of the page (Figure 1a) and then you ll see at the bottom a set of options you can checkmark to subscribe to notifications. (Figure 1b)
Page 5 of 14 Using Order Status page You can also subscribe to notifications using the Order Status page. To do so, select Order Status from the portal menu under Parts or click on Order Status tile from the home page dashboard. In the Order Status page click on the Reports & Notifications link.
Page 6 of 14 Setting up Email notifications and Reports. To subscribe to receive Order Status notifications for Spares, Repairs or both by selecting your preference on Order Report Type radio button options. Select the type of email notifications you would like to receive using the checkboxes on the left. If you want to receive a summary report of your open and recently shipped orders select the days of the week you would want to receive the report. You can also indicate if you want to receive this report in Excel or Text format. II. Watch individual orders Another feature in MyAerospace is to track status of individual orders. There are 2 places on Order Status application where you can add orders to your watch list: a) Order status Search Results b) Order Details page Add to watch list from Search Results 1. Go to Order Status and search for your orders based on the criteria that fit your needs. 2. Click on Follow this Order link on search results to add an order to your watch list for individual tracking.
Page 7 of 14 3. Choose your individual notification preference on the popup window and click Sign up button. 4. Click Continue on Confirmation window 5. Once the request has been processed, the Follow this Order link will be replaced with Following this Order indicating that your order is being monitored.
Page 8 of 14 Add to watch list from Order Details page 1. Click on View Order Details link on Search results to go to Order details page. 2. Click on Follow this Order button on top right of detail page to add the order to your watch list.

Page 10 of 14 III. Modifying Settings Now that you have subscribed to receive e-mail notifications from your orders, you can modify the settings to customize what you want to receive. In order to modify your setting, go to Order Status page and click on the Reports and Notifications link (Figure 3a). All your subscriptions are displayed on-screen with the current settings (Figure 3b) Update Watch List preferences You can also modify your Individual order alerts settings per order and Delete order from your watch list. 1. Change your alert preferences per order. 2. Delete orders from Watch list. 3. Add Additional email addresses to get your alerts.
Page 11 of 14 Changing Notification Settings You can change the global settings that you have previously selected by checking or un-checking the options. Customize Summary Report Click on Report Formatting to select which fields you want to be included on your report. By default, all the fields are selected to appear on your report. To remove columns from your report, select it from the Your Report Columns list and click the Remove Selected button. To remove multiple items- hold the [Ctrl] key while clicking the items on the list and click Remove Selected button. The items will then move to the Available Columns list on the left, which means that these are not included on your report. To add columns to your report, select them from Available Columns list and Click on Add Selected. You can rearrange the order of the fields by clicking on Move Up and Move Down buttons. When you re done click on the Next button.
Page 12 of 14 Select whether you would like to receive your report as an Excel or Plain Text file and click on the Finish button. IV. Notification E-mail This section will cover the e-mail and reports sent when you subscribe to Order Status notifications. If you subscribed to be notified whenever a new order is placed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with information regarding your order such as PO Number, Honeywell Order Number, Part Number and more. (Figure 4a)
Page 13 of 14 If you also subscribed to receive e-mail notification whenever an order shipped, you will get a message with the items shipped and the tracking number. (Figure 4b) If you subscribed to receive a daily summary report, you will get an e-mail with a ZIP file attached (Figure 4c) In order to get your report, open up the zipped file and extract the file in it; this contains the report of your open and recently shipped orders. The format of this file depends on the settings you chose upon subscription (Excel or Text). (Figure 4c)
