Please note that with effect from your policy renewal date, your Insurer has made some changes to the Policy Wording (copy attached). Whilst the core cover remains the same as before there have been some changes to the Policy Wording. The insurer has confirmed that they may conduct searches using publicly available databases. Page 11, Prevention of Access. For blocks with a Buildings Sum Insured of over 50,000,000 an upper limit of 10,000,000 now applies to this extension. Blocks with a Buildings Sum Insured up to 50,000,000 continue to receive cover up to 20% of the Buildings Sum Insured. Page 12, Public Utilities. For blocks with a Buildings Sum Insured of over 50,000,000 an upper limit of 10,000,000 now applies to this extension. 20% of the Buildings Sum Insured. Blocks with a Buildings Sum Insured up to 50,000,000 continue to receive cover up to Page 32, Sanctions. This is a new addition to the General Provisions section confirming that Zurich will not provide cover or payment where it would be in violation of any trade or economic sanctions. ENDORSEMENTS For Attachment to your Residential Property Owners policy Effective From 17/12/2014 To 16/12/2015 Endorsement No. 3a Section 1 - Material Damage Loss of Metered Water, Gas & Electricity is restated as follows: Loss of metered water, gas or electricity following damage resulting in a water, gas or electricity charge which you are unable to recover from any other party.
