It was a great testimony of affection and passion that they showed the large audience that attended the 1 Moto Villa Day organized by Macchine Veloci last June 8.On a beautiful sunny day at the circuit in Carpi, our event drew an unexpected amount of visitors, enthusiasts, pilots and former pilots who did not want to miss the appointment with a piece of the history of Italian and international motor sports: Moto's Villa and Francesco. Visitors were able to admire the exhibition of several tens of Moto Villa motorbikes, from several prestigious private collections as well as amateurs. The exhibition encompassing the best and precious produced by Francesco Villa, from the first G.P. bikes with which Moto Villa is stated in national and international competitions between the ' 60s and ' 70s, the last specimens of off-road motorbikes of ' 80s. Box Macchine Veloci 1 Moto Villa Day Carpi 8th June 2013 The program of the event is then continued with dinner and the celebration of the 80th birthday of Francesco, who did not want to miss all Tigrotti Villa and many of the ex-pilots who disease challenged in GP and off-road vehicles. 400 people dinning, among the guests present were Giuseppe Consalvi with Giuseppe Mandolini and Dante Ascari who were the Villa riders in national and international GP championships between 1968 and 1971 with 125 and 250cc. Fast and reliable drivers, Consalvi Mandolini and Ascari allowed Moto Villa to conquer the Italian Constructors title. GianLuca Villa that also undertook, inter alia, in CIV, 90 's, with a Villa Supermono prepared by uncles Walter and Francesco.

Also the indefatigable Sergio Seghedoni, Alfonso Villa (brother of Francesco and lates Walter and Romano) as well as Paolo Torta and Massimo Trollo representing the FMI and many many other friends including Claudio Flori Modena journal and Giulio Farinola Motocrossdepoca and of course of the "landlords", the Tondelli brothers representing the Uisp Carpi MotoClub that hosted the event. Besides them, we felt the lack of Alberto Mac Donald, unable to intervene for health reasons, and to which we have all done our best wishes for a speedy recovery.

Thanks them it was possible to organize the 1 Moto Villa Day The party is continued by reminding those who have supported the Organization and realization of the 1 Moto Villa Day, firms Giglioli Fabrizio Srl, Sogedi Srl and Meccanica F.lli Molinari Srl and so proceeded to cut the birthday cake with sparkling wine offered by the gorgeous Tuscan friends (thanks to Zenzo and Company!), and Alfredo Bottarelli, one of the best Moto Villa Rider in
Regularity, which, in one of the most hilarious moments of the evening, he again and publicly promised imminent wedding with Ilaria this time without limiting conditions. Zenzo & Co. with their tribute to Francesco Ilaria and Alfredo Bottarelli, the most envied man in the room... Chicco Tondelli serves exceptional guests: Giuseppe Cavallero and Mrs. Cavallero was Italian Cross Senior Champion in 1971 winning both 250 and 500 class on Husqvarna Joseph Fazioli and Lorenzo Orlando serve guests in the Hall.
The party is then ended with greetings and leave-takings by every visitor, and Francesco Villa, which is often stayed out after dark late at night tired but still excited by such affection that all participants have demonstrated. The next day the circuit in was the scene of the races valid for the Italian Vintage Motocross Championship, unfortunately marked by bad weather that prevented the holding of the second round. In the first and only heats, the Moto Villa riders had victory in classes B, C and E.
