This reduces the need for regular maintenance and updates and allows the client to update their own website data in real time. The interface will be similar to a Word editor and Facebook which is user friendly, familiar, easy to learn and make updates very easy and fast to implement. Home page This is the main page of the website. It basically contains a summary of the website content or sections, with emphasis on the major sections of the website chosen in the back-office. Capable to change the header banners. About Us This section and its sub pages are similar in structure. Each one is an informative section displays only rich text content and images that you can manipulate and update at any time using our advanced text Editor that will be available in the administrator interface. The editor will only display a big text area with an advanced toolbox above it offering you rich text manipulation such as Microsoft Word. Inside this section. The system will also provide a sub page accessed from the about us link and that page will display the team. The administrator will have the same editor to modify the content of the page and publish the information he wishes about the team. Another sub page will be displayed from this menu and it s called Fact & Figures. This section will also be managed by the text editor from the backend interface. Contact Us In this section we will provide you with an advanced editor where you can edit your contact information such as email address, telephone number and Location. You can update at this text anytime. Along with the text provided, a simple contact form holding name, email, subject and message that surfers can fill and submit. The submitted content will then be emailed to your email address that you will provide us with or to info@yoursite.com Google Map The feature provides a map location using Google engines to point out the location where the company is located in Lebanon. The map location will rely on Google maps API to display the designated location. This feature will be integrated in the contact us section of the website. Left Navigation (Main Navigation) This section allows the end user to add as many main categories and sub categories (sub navigation), each sub navigation could be related to a Content type design (5 premade designs taken from the old design ) the end user when create a sub navigation could choose what kind of layout to display in the front end so he could manipulate the image to be on the left and the content on the right, or other type of design respecting the old design concept of promoteam-ltd.com Links The administrator will use this section to create links to the organization s partners. PROJECT TIME LINE Website Design ( 1 week ) 50% Fadi Nicolas Zahhar Milestone 1 Payment: The website design concept will be created, the design will be sent to the client in an image format allowing the client to review the design and provide feedback if needed. Once the layout is determined and the design is approved, the development will begin. Website Development ( 1 to 2 weeks based on specs chosen ) Once the concept is finalized, our developers will begin implementing the concept into the website which will be placed under (new.yoursite.com) where they can see the current development progress of the website. Deployment ( 1 day ) After the website development phase, the project will be deployed under a test account for the client. The client will then have a period of 2 week to provide his comments and modifications. After that, the project will be transported to the active hosting and will be published. Project End Milestone 2 Payment: 50% The completed website will be uploaded and will be available on (yoursite.com). Note: Throughout the development and the deployment phases, the client may request minor changes and modifications. These changes are restricted to colors, font styles, images and background images. SERVICE AGREEMENT Fadi Nicolas Zahhar In consideration of Fadi Nicolas Zahhar (hereby known as Fadi Nicolas Zahhar Freelancer Developer) developing systems and software (hereby known as Project ) for Promoteam-ltd(hereby known as client company name ) I ( Client Name ) hereby agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. CONFIDENTIALITY I acknowledge that the information contained in this document is confidential and considered to be proprietary information of Fadi Nicolas Zahhar. The materials contained in this document are not to be distributed, copied or reproduced without the written consent of Mr. Fadi Zahhar on behalf of Fadi Nicolas Zahhar. I acknowledge that as a stakeholder in this project, I am provided access to privileged information and shall not divulge such information to any third party not directly involved in this project. I agree that this restriction shall continue to apply after the end of the project duration. 2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY The development, process, designs, drawings, models, documents, plans, photographs, source code (hereby called Inventions ) related to this Project are owned exclusively by Fadi Nicolas Zahhar and shall not be distributed, copied or reproduced in any way whatsoever regardless of the medium, whether physical or electronic or any other form. These Documents will be delivered to client company after the completion of the project. All such right to intellectual property related to this contract will revert entirely to companyname once the final payments have been completed. All rights in such Inventions shall be the sole and absolute property of Fadi Nicolas Zahhar. I shall not do or allow to be done anything (directly or indirectly) which would or might prejudice the rights of Fadi Nicolas Zahhar under this clause or any intellectual property rights of Fadi Nicolas Zahhar in any Invention. 3. COVENANTS FAIR AND REASONABLE I acknowledge that the covenants contained in Clauses 1 and 2 are fair and reasonable with regard to the subject matter, area and duration; and reasonably required by Fadi Nicolas Zahhar to protect its business. 4. FEES AND CHARGES I agree that the fees and charges related to this project are fair and agree upon signing this contract that I will proceed with a down payment of 50% on the project and the remaining 50% upon project completion. 5. DELIVERY AND MATERIALS I agree that at certain phases of the project, Fadi Nicolas Zahhar will request certain materials from me which are necessary to continue development. I agree that I will provide this information in a timely manner. Fadi Nicolas Zahhar is obligated to deliver all features and functionalities stated in this document and any failure to do so will result in a discount for the specific milestone affected by these features. 6. TERMINATION OF OBLIGATIONS In the unlikely event that Fadi Nicolas Zahhar ceases its obligations towards Promoteam-ltdand is incapable of maintaining and supporting Promoteam-ltdwith regards to the website and design, Fadi Nicolas Zahhar relinquishes all intellectual property rights to all Inventions created as a direct result of this project. After the termination of the project between Fadi Nicolas Zahhar and Client Company, Fadi Nicolas Zahhar is no longer obligated to fulfill any tasks with regards to maintenance except that mentioned in the maintenance section. In the event that I cancel the project altogether, I agree that payments already made to Fadi Nicolas Zahhar are non-refundable. 7. SURVIVAL OF OBLIGATIONS I undertake and agree that this Agreement shall survive beyond the termination of the Project. 8. GOVERNING LAW This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with and be governed by Lebanese Law.
