In addition, correlation tests involving alcohol metabolism studies on over 1000 people in personally controlled experiments. Courtroom Testimony Experience: Qualified as an expert in cases regarding alcohol, drugs, human performance In relation to alcohol and drug intoxication and forensic toxicology in civil and criminal proceedings over 2000 times in Superior, Municipal, and Federal Courts throughout California and Nevada. Testimony includes over 2000 times in administrative hearings (DMV).
