Portfolio Management Portfolio Management can encompass many different needs Everest has been designed so that it can be configured to meet the very specific requirements of a portfolio manager The overriding theme is the ability to pull in many sources of data and aggregate this information to provide a clear picture in addition to user friendly ad hoc reporting This data typically comes from the back office accounting system, financial models, third party data providers, data captured from straight through trade processing, credit analysis data, and internal proprietary systems The following slide shows several different ways in which data can be presented Notice the titles of the other tabs to get an idea of how Everest can be utilized Note that the tabs you see can be different for each client since Everest is configured to meet the needs expressed by the client Typically the various roles within a client will only see the subset of tabs that are applicable to their function 6
