Give customers Internet access to your warehouse. Cadre s Cadence Web Access is a browser-based order entry and information retrieval system that connects directly to the Cadence Fulfillment System. Web Access gives your customers access to Cadence Warehouse and Order Management Systems via the Internet to search product catalogs, build and place orders, check order status and locate inventory. Cadence Web Access organizes customer specific product catalogs for users to search for and select products; add them to shopping carts to build orders and quotations. It includes catalog searching, product images (photos, thumbnails, and illustrations), style sheets and detailed product information (unit of measure, color, style, etc.). It also presents information about product availability, manages allocations and distribution lists. Internet access to a powerful central warehouse and order management system means better information, performance and service. Cadence Web Access is an extension to Cadre s unique warehouse-centric Cadence Fulfillment System that operates multiple logistics operations, eliminating the need for expensive and cumbersome interfaces between different systems. The Cadence System operates on the Microsoft SQL Server database that maintains information about products, customers, orders, vendors, and shipments. Web Access lets your warehouse deliver a whole new level of service. Customer information, security and associated catalog information are rulesbased and can be individualized for each client, customer or groups of customers. Web Access is highly configurable to allow variable design themes and order rules for different clients and customers. Web Access enables users to send orders to multiple accounts on user defined distribution lists of ship-to addresses and manage order templates for recurring orders.

Web Access Features CADENCE WEB ACCESS Secure Login: Secure user Login provides access to specific ship-to addresses, customer catalog, order processing rules, and other account-based rules/information. Customized Design for each Customer Login also can load customized web page design which can be different for each customer/customer group. Built for B2B and B2C. Users can enter orders for existing accounts (B2B) or build orders and then enter shipping and credit information. Build a Quick order with product SKU and quantity. Functions menu, variable capabilities, based on permissions. Scrolling marquee message can change for each customer/customer, based on Login. Basket/Order view of current order with user friendly approach to management of order. User Profiles: Users are managed by client/ customer with administrative permission. Order Lookup Results: Summary information with links to more detail and tracking. Carrier Tracking: Ability to go directly to Carrier Web Site for real-time status Tracking: Results of tracking from previous screen. Including tracking ID and dates. Customer Lookup: Multiple search fields provide different ways to find the right customer. Customer Search Results: User selects appropriate customer from all customers who qualify for search. Distribution List: Create distribution list for orders which ship to multiple customers. Maintain Lists: Add or delete customers from Distribution Lists. File Download: Accesses information from the product database. Product Catalog: Organized by Families, Groups and Categories in a drill down search tool.

Item Detail: Product information includes information including description, UOM, Status, Min/Max, Product image and other details. Availability Information: Quantities can be displayed as on-hand, available, etc. Back Order status is also displayed. Template Orders: Recurring orders may be set-up for common sets of products. Cadence Fulfillment The Cadence Fulfillment Suite includes Cadence Warehouse Management (WMS), Cadence Transportation Management (TMS), Cadence Order Management (OMS), Cadence Activity Billing (ABS), Cadence Interactive Voice Response (IVR) and now Cadence Web Access. Cadence Warehouse Management. Cadence Warehouse Management is designed to organize and improve product flow and throughput in distribution and fulfillment centers and manufacturing warehouses. Cadence Order Management. With this order management system, distributors use the same database that runs the warehouse to serve customers. Access to order entry process is available via internal call center Windows-based workstation and features an electronic catalog of customer-specific inventory available in the warehouse. Cadence Activity Billing. The Cadence Activity Billing System provides complete tracking and billing of all activities such as receiving, storage, picking, shipping and order capture which the warehouse, transportation and order management modules generate. It creates a customizable, detailed schedule of billable and non-billable services including service pricing that produces invoices through customers accounting systems.
