In fact, compliance with CHA s Code of Conduct is both a qualifying requirement for new membership and an ongoing requirement to remain a member in good standing. CHA s Code of Conduct establishes standards for discount healthcare companies to operate with integrity, fairness and accountability. For consumers, our Code of Conduct provides a guide for choosing a reputable discount healthcare program.
