Rules and Regulations (Condensed version, a full copy is available upon acceptance) BFM/4 1. Vendors are required to be on-site no later than 7:30am and ready for Market open time at 8:00am. Your booth is to remain set-up until 12:00pm, unless you receive permission to dismantle, from the Market Manager 2. All absences are the made in writing, given to the Market Manager the Thursday prior to the Market Day. 3. Only approved items may be sold. 4. If you are are selling processed foods, you must show proof of a Food Handler s Certificate 5. Signage and pricing is to be clearly displayed 6. The Market Manager has the final say in the daily operation of the Market. Any unresolved concerns may be made in writing and submitted to the Board of Directors for resolution. 7. An appropriate and respectful attitude towards other vendors, the public, the Market Manager and the Market is to be maintained at all times. 8.
