INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS Scholarship for International Students Besides CSC scholarship, Tongji also provides the following two kind of scholarships: 1. President Scholarship will be awarded to student with excellent scores. There are 3 levels: 1000 RMB for undergraduate students; 2000 RMB for master students; 4000 RMB for doctor candidates. 2. Shanghai Municipal Government Scholarship is divided in 3 categories: Category - A: For excellent prospective students applying for master or doctoral degree programs, similar to CSC scholarship (waiver of tuition fee, accommodation, expenses of basic study materials, serious disease and accidental injury insurance; monthly living allowance: master-degree candidate: 1700RMB/M; doctoral candidate: 2000RMB/M); Category - B: For excellent prospective students applying for undergraduate, master, or doctoral degree programs (waiver of tuition fee, expenses of basic study materials will be covered by Tongji); Category - C Scholarship: For excellent international students pursuing degree programs (undergraduate: 4000RMB; master: 6000RMB; doctoral: 8000RMB).
