Speaker biography Wendy has over 14 years of experience in advising in the area of restructuring and insolvency. She has a wide range of experience advising on domestic and cross-border matters, including in retail, transport, communications and insurance sectors. She regularly provides specialist banking advice on issues of security, netting and set-off, as well as advising on insolvency aspects of structured finance transactions.
