What packages are available for Job Portal and how could I order the product? (p. 6) What is Jobs Portal? Jobs Portal is a web product providing the possibility to run powerful job portals. The product may be used also to empower existing websites with jobs portal functionalities. Jobs Portal comes with a front site (fully customizable and template based), jobseekers administration space (with functionality for the users to edit their profile, consult the job offers, manage their cvs etc.), employers administration space(allowing the employers to add job postings, manage the company profile, search the database with the jobseekers resumes and many others) and powerful back office for the administrator users (providing full control over the website, structure and content management, detailed user management, search engines reports, statistics and many others). The application is written in PHP and uses a MySQL database to store the data. The current distribution contains 3.022 files with total size ~ 10MB. The product can be easily extended by adding new custom modules and functionalities. In order to help our clients create the job portal which will match exactly their specific needs we offer full support, development and customization services at very affordable rates. How does it work? Official demo website: http://www.findjob.biz There are 3 basic types of users in Jobs Portal: Employers The Employers may sign up through the front site by providing the required information (Company Name, Description, Email etc.) A confirmation email is sent after to them containing an activation link. By clicking on it, the employers confirm their account and they are automatically logged in their administration space. The registered Employers can modify their profile and add contact persons. The contact persons functionality is useful when the company publishes multiple job ads and would like to assign the responsibility for handling the different applications to different employees in the company. The Employers can also publish job ads on the front site. In order to do this, the employer should have at least one valid job package with at least one job ad in it. The idea is that the Administrators may define different packages (for example, package giving the right to publish 3 ads which will be valid 2 months for the price of X dollars etc.) and then before start adding new ads, the Employers should buy the package which suits the best their personal needs. If the site should run as free site, the Employer may be not asked to make a payment when he adds a new package. Once added the Employers may modify the add and its settings.

From their personal administration space the Employers can manage also the job applications (posted by jobseekers). When applying for a job the jobseeker may leave a message to the employer and attach some additional files (for example a cover letter). The Employer has also an access to the personal CV (resume) of the jobseeker. An Employer may either reject or approve a job application and in both cases he may send a message to the jobseeker who applied for the position (the messages can be consulted from the Messages tab in the personal administration space) Jobseekers The Jobseekers may sign up and confirm their account in a similar way as the Employers. The registered jobseekers may apply for jobs listed on the website. They may search in the database with job ads, browse the ads per category or use the quick job apply tool (a tool which let them choose directly the name of the company, then to see the job ads of this company and to apply directly for a selected job ad). The Jobseeker may use the provided functionality to edit with an WYSIWYG editor their personal CV (resume). Jobseekers may also upload additional files (such as cover letters and others) and them attach them when applying for a selected job position. Jobseekers can also define special rules (usually a keyword, for example java programmer ) and receive an email notification when a new job ad is posted in the website matching their defined criteria. Jobseekers may also send private messages to the Employers (usually questions for a particular job ad) and consult them the answers from the Messages tab. Administrators The Administrators can manage the general settings for the jobs portal, for example the number of files that the jobseekers can upload. If a jobseeker exceed this limit, he needs to delete some of the older files. The administrators may also set a maximum length of the file and many other settings which will not be considered in details in this document. The administrators are provided also a full control over the website, its structure and content, thanks to the integration of WebSiteAdmin v2.0 to the job portal front site. The front site benefits of all the features provided by WebSiteAdmin. One of the most important ones is the ability to run multi language websites. The multi language approach is crucial in Jobs Portal, new language versions can be added with ease. In the current distribution 2 language versions are provided English and French.

Jobs Portal Interface and Features Jobseekers Administration Space: Overview of the main features and functionalities offered to the registered Jobseekers: - View and edit their profile online from their personal administration space - Create their CV from the administration space - Edit their cv with a powerful WYSIWYG editor - Publish their CV online, make it visible to everyone on the web and get contacted from people outside this website - Make their CV visible to the employers in order that they are able to find it and contact them directly - Upload pdf or doc files (references, certificates etc.) and use them to empower their jobseeker profile - Manage these files and attach them when applying for a job listed on the website - Receive email notification when there are new postings matching their searching criteria - Define multiple rules for email notification in order to help them monitor the new job ads on the website which may interest you - Consult the private messages received which have been sent to them by the other users - Reply to private messages and send messages to the users Apply online to the job ads on the website and contact directly the employers

Employers Administration Space: Overview of the main features and functionalities offered to the registered Employers: - View and edit their company profile online from their personal administration space - Define multiple contact persons for their company, responsible for the different job postings of their company - Manage and add different job packages to their account - Use these job packages to post job ads on the website - Manage and edit their job ads at any time from the personal administration space - Consult the list with the jobseekers applied to a specified job ad - Job application management tool, allowing them to use the website for their online and offlline job marketing campaigns - users may apply directly using the "Quick Apply" option on the home page. They may then either approve or reject these application after that from the back office - Consult and search the database with the jobseekers resumes - Consult the private messages received which have been sent to them by the other users - Reply to private messages and send messages to the users
