Our History BFC Exchange is parented by BFC Group, a Shariah-compliant company head quartered in Bahrain which was set up in 2009 when Islamic Financial Service Group - Bank Alkhair B.S.C. (c) successfully acquired a controlling stake in Bahrain Financing Company in Bahrain, Bahrain Exchange Company in Kuwait and BFC Exchange Limited (formerly named EzRemit Ltd) based in the United Kingdom. Since the acquisition, BFC Group has also established BFC Forex Financial Services PVT Ltd in India and BFC Exchange in Malaysia. All the companies within the Group are regulated by their country specific regulators including, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA Formerly FSA) in the UK, the Central Bank of Bahrain, the Reserve Bank of India, Bank Negara Malaysia and the Central Bank of Kuwait.

Our Service As an agent of BFC Exchange you can expect to receive the following service commitments: Due Diligence Approved by Bank Negara Malaysia to act as a principal agent we process and submit agent applications and supporting documents. Infrastructure Access to web based in-house payment system which currently supports over 40,000 users across the world and regular system maintenance through systematic software updates. Support A dedicated Relationship Manager is assigned to every BFC Exchange agent to assist with any queries and support. Our highly trained and knowledgeable Customer Service Team are also on hand to answer any agent queries. Training Classroom and in-house training is provided for agent s employees including product, system, compliance and on-going statutory training modules. Brand Awareness BFC branded marketing collaterals to help create brand and product awareness.

Our On-boarding Process To become an agent of BFC Exchange please follow the below process: 1 2 3 4 5 Meet with a BFC Exchange Relationship Manager to discuss terms and agreement Complete BFC Exchange Agent On-boarding Application Form Submit application form along with supporting documents Application process can take between 8-12 weeks Once approved agent will receive an authorised Agent Certificate
Our Requirements In accordance with BNM criteria the following information is required to process an agent application: Completed BFC Exchange Agent On-boarding Application Form Description of proposed agent s business Statement to confirm proposed agent s Director/s are of Fit and Proper Person status Last 3 years company accounts Agency Agreement SSM Registration Certificate M & A
