Options A client specific plan (guiding principles) is developed for each client, then a specific plan is developed based upon the overall plan. Typically, a hybrid plan is developed, where some structured data is migrated into the Target EMR, and rendered notes, results, and scanned images are hosted in the Clinical Data Repository. Which data, and where it is hosted makes up the bulk of the plan.
