ABOUT MASTEREIGN We are the leading provider of holistic enrichment programmes in Singapore. From success to significance, we enrich lives through a fruitful, well-rounded and satisfying learning journey. It is our mission to stay relevant to the needs of schools in Singapore, providing top quality holistic programmes through strategic collaboration, and seamless integration with industry specialists. OUR VISION Asia Pacific s best and most admired holistic enrichment group. OUR MISSION To thrive as a leading holistic tribe with a heart to serve and a passion to make a positive impact in Singapore and the region. The journey is from success to significance. OUR CULTURE As a united tribe, we have a continuous growing organizational structure that does not stifle but instead encourage each individual to be productive, innovative, and enterprising. That means we have the courage to take creative risks and embrace change. Our leaders guide the way, then we follow and forge ahead as one towards the same glorious vision. We create value, first for our customers, then our co-workers, and finally our company and corporate share holders. We recognize and reward good contributions. We nurture and celebrate talents and achievements. We know that the journey ahead is not without obstacles, but our attitude is that, in spite of it 2

all, we will celebrate life and cheer everyone in the tribe to overcome and finish strong. OUR CORE VALUES Since 1997, we have served at least one million youths and adults in over three hundred fifty government schools and educational institutions. Many of our customers have remained with us for years and that gives us great encouragement to continue the good work. Our tribal values which are spelt out in the 4Rs have effectively served as practical guideposts for us to grow and thrive. RESULTS We encourage ownership and good work practices that lead to excellent outcomes. We plan wisely, monitor closely and overcome problems through creative solutions. REWARDS We practise sound stewardship principles. We are generous and reward the best in the land. We are transparent and fair in our dealings and these are what make the tribe attractive and authentic. RESPONSIBILITY We can be trusted to do what we have promised. We do what is right with integrity and sincerity. RELATIONSHIP We care for the quality of life of every person. We inspire compassion, optimism, and hope wherever we go. SINCE 1997, WE HAVE IMPACTED 1 MILLION FROM OVER 350 SCHOOLS STUDENTS & EDUCATORS THROUGH VARIOUS MASTEREIGN PROGRAMMES 3

OUR TRAINERS As a leader in the holistic enrichment industry, Mastereign is committed to the quality standard of the hundreds of associate trainers who serve alongside with us to deliver programmes to the schools. In 2007, we spearheaded a Train-the-Trainer (Level 1) course which to date has reached the thirty-ninth run. In the past seven years, this 12-hour course has aligned our associate trainers to MOE s vision. It has provided them with the most up-to-date knowledge and pedagogical skills to excel in their services to the schools. To ensure that our associate trainers stay relevant in their competence, we have four Train-the-Trainer (Level 2) workshops each year, helmed by our in-house Programme Directors and external specialists. PURPOSE-DRIVEN PROJECTS Mastereign s whole school purpose-driven, values-centric holistic projects > > Cater to the holistic development of students > > Teach them to be responsible for their learning experiences > > Help them understand the whys (principles) behind the whats (skills) > > Deepen their character growth and development > > Motivate them to finish every project well Some examples of purpose-driven projects are beautifying the school compounds with art works, putting on creative performances, producing promotional videos for school events and serving the community. They give students different contexts to apply their skills and serve their community in a purposeful and significant way. 4

CENTRE OF PERFORMING ARTS MUSIC MUSIC Through the years, Mastereign Centre of Perfoming Arts (COPA) Music has successfully enabled many students with or without musical abilities to develop in the skills and knowledge of performing and composing music. We do this by presenting music education to our students in a manner where their learning needs are met. For the musically inclined, students will find themselves challenged conceptually and stretched in their techniques when they have to master a difficult instrument or a piece of difficult music. For the average Joe or Jane, they will have fun crashing and banging on drums made from dustbins to produce music with precise tempo and pulsating rhythms. Many of our music trainers are experienced professional performers. It is the love for educating students that motivate them to bring the best music education to the schools. NAC-AEP ENDORSED PROGRAMMES AVAILABLE The National Arts Council (NAC) believes that all students should have access to quality arts education programmes. Its arts education mission is to develop students potential for creativity and expression through the arts as well as deepen their understanding of the arts and culture. Programmes under the NAC-Arts Education Programme are eligible for grant subsidy. Log on to aep.nac.gov.sg to view the range of Mastereign s music programmes endorsed and co-funded by NAC. 5
