Thomas (Tom) Havens, Underwriter for U.S. Risk Financial Services, Inc., received his Bachelor s degree in Economics from Boston College in 1981 and Law degree (J.D.) from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, San Diego, California in 1990. Tom has spent his 27-year career focused solely on the underwriting, risk management, and marketing of Bond, D&O, Professional and insurance products and services for financial institutions. Before coming onboard with U.S. Risk Financial Services, Tom has worked exclusively for major financial institution insurance carriers including Fidelity & Deposit Company of Maryland and Zurich Financial Services.
