This guideline is adopted pursuant to NTUST Fast-Track Transfer to the PhD Program.. Qualification: NTUST Students who meet the following conditions may apply:. Final year undergraduate students (who will graduate before January 3, 04) with outstanding academic records and research potential.. Master degree students with outstanding academic records and research potential..3 Student who meet the above two requirements and recomended by at least two associate professors in the student s original or related department (institute). 3. Application period: From Friday, October to Friday, October 8, 03. 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. 4. Application registration location: The office of each department 5. Submission documents: 5.
