Any changes are directly sent to the contractor in a correction protocol. Elements consist of several items of different trades and summarize an entire structural component. These items are added to the element with an estimated factor based on experience. Elements should be formed from items of BOQs as it is thus possible to use current prices in the element book. BOQs based on trades can be automatically generated from element books and are then used as basis for invitations to tender.
