Advanced user training will enable participants to hone their functional, configuration and troubleshooting skills. Participants can expect relevant information that they can review at their own pace and managers can monitor the competencies of individuals by tracking the number of courses they complete. What is the training curriculum? We provide a full breadth of content to meet a wide variety of users needs across JVA, PRA*, and UOM from an introduction of business processes to a deep dive of system configuration.
