Using tabs and drop-down menus, you can quickly navigate anywhere in HCM Express. And, if you miss a field in a task, HCM Express can tell you what you need to complete. The HCM Express home page is the launch pad for everything you and your users regularly do in the system. HR users and administrators, business managers, and employees can customize their home pages so that all their data and tasks are right there. With HCM Express, everyone can securely get to their assigned tasks quickly and easily, improving overall efficiency. You are able to record comprehensive demographic information including work authorization and visa details. In addition, you can easily associate employees with roles, jobs, and grades and analyze by location. The solution also enables you to maintain payroll information, allowances and other pay details and future effective pay arrangements then feed this information to your payroll system. Company property held by each employee can be recorded and you can monitor the assignment of employment documents to employees. Employee knowledge, skills, abilities, and other characteristics can also be recorded and accessed through HCM Express. This includes education history, certifications and licenses, languages, competencies and proficiencies, achievements and accomplishments. HCM Express also provides you with the tools to use this information: a comprehensive skills search facility is available to search across all people in HCM Express to assist with employee development and career planning.
