4 Timesheets Managing an employee s work hours or time-off can be overlooked as an area with potential cost savings. Reduce data entry time by empowering employees to be responsible for their own accurate time reporting with the Abettor HCMS Timesheet module. Managers can filter the time sheets by those submitted, not submitted or waiting for approval making the time worked approval process more efficient. Then, send the time records to payroll electronically driving efficiency to the payroll process and reducing administrative costs. With integrated absence functionality, even the requested time off is added to the employee s timesheet to further support workforce planning and scheduling. IV Training and Development Developing the skills and abilities of your workforce means reducing turnover costs, improving retention rates and increasing productivity across the board. With the Abettor HCMS Training and Development module, you ll grow the capabilities of your future leaders by making ongoing training readily available. This tool allows employees to easily see which classes are required and available, where and when they are offered and allows employees to register for a class and obtain approval from their manager all electronically.
5 Visitor Management System Visitor Management System (VMS) helps you identify, monitor and audit visitor activity within your facility. More secure, more reliable and more useful than a simple handwritten log, a HCMS visitor management system creates a professional image for your organization. V Provident Fund Provident Fund Management System refers to the practice of tracking investment of employee s Provident Fund, income, expenses and profit distribution among employees and using those figures to evaluate PF financial status. Decisions are made up by management upon the result of financial reports. A pivotal beneficial feature of Abettor Provident Fund module is that it relieves the client firm to relieve off the burden to do laborious, time consuming period end process as it can automatically calculate the closing balance as well as the opening balance of an employee s account, company s account, loan account and Investment accounts besides calculating the yearly distributable income.
