APPLIED PROJECT MANAGEMENT PRO PROGRAM OVERVIEW This course provides in-depth Project Management Training and addresses how to identify, monitor, and balance information crucial for the successful management of projects. It will discuss the development of a baseline performance management plan (PMP) for the project that will allow the efficient compilation and the timely generation of quantitative performance comparisons The course will use Primavera and MS Project Professional to demonstrate how today s available tools can be used to effectively manage projects data and provide visibility for important project performance data. WHO SHOULD ATTEND Personnel whose responsibilities include managing as well as supporting projects: Owners and other executives of companies that deliver projects; Members of Project Teams who wish to broaden their understanding of the Project Management Framework and disciplines.
