All clients want to cut energy costs. The best way to do that, though, is not one-size fits all. The solution is usually a combination of energy efficiency, operational changes, and distributed generation (solar, fuel cells, co-gen, biomass). Our team is expert in all facets of that energy analysis, working to find the best fit solution for your unique facility. HelioPower's team includes Certified Energy Managers, licensed Professional Engineers, master Energy Economic analysts, accomplished Software Developers, Accountants, Electricians, Project Managers, and an in-house construction team responsible for building over 3,600 energy systems. Together, we guide clients through the lifecycle of an energy project from the idea stage, to implementation, all the way to long term maintenance. We call this our Integrated Energy Service.

1 Services Include: Energy Audits Energy Efficiency Plans Economic Modeling/Feasibility Studies Energy Consulting Three Groups Make Up One Team HelioPower's Energy Consulting team is comprised of three practice groups, which are: System Design & Engineering Rate/Tariff Analysis Energy Procurement/Hedging Strategies Demand Response Measurement & Verification Ongoing Energy Management with PredictEnergy HelioPower's mission is to reduce energy expenses by leveraging the full spectrum of energy solutions available to each client. Energy Audit Amoretti Food Manufacturer Amoretti s southern California facility suffered from energy consumption increasing at 60% per year. Our Energy Audit revealed their facility energy usage baseline was 15% for office lighting, 55% warehouse operations, and 30% for refrigeration. Next, we engineered lighting and refrigeration upgrades that yielded: $8,600/year savings via lighting, and $54,000/year via refrigeration and HVAC. Finally, our feasibility study found demand response programs and distributed generation were viable but medium-term options. Mike Murray Certified Energy Manager HelioPower s LEED-certified Energy Efficiency and Analytics consultant Mike Murray developed his analytic skills at Lockheed s Skunk Works division. Currently, Mike leads HelioPower s process consulting, analytics, demand-side management projects. He holds CEM, CDSM and LEED certifications as well as a BS in Engineering from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. P a g e 3 www.heliopower.com Engineering Energy Solutions since 2001

2 Project Management & Engineering Once you decide to undertake an energy project, HelioPower can manage the process of making it happen. We offer traditional project management services, such as RFP writing and bid management. We also engineer systems to hand off for competitive bidding. Design & Engineering HelioPower will design projects from concept through completion, or perform any discreet phase as needed. Services include: Construction Management. Electrical, Civil, and Structural Engineering. Technology Evaluation and Selection. Site Evaluation. High Voltage Construction. Permitting and Interconnection. Quality Assurance and Control. Full Project Documentation and Commissioning. Plan Design Implement Manage (PDIM) PDIM is a comprehensive project management methodology that guides a project from inception through completion. HelioPower employs PDIM on all our projects to ensure they exceed expectations. Plan Design Initial Design & Spec Draft RFP Bid Management Contract review Incentives Review Implement Manage Logistics Construction Saftey plans Updates and reviews System Specs Economic models Plan sets Building permits Commissioning Acceptance metrics Customer training Warranty San Francisco Water Quality Control Plant South San Francisco WQCP turned to our engineers to design the Solar PV Plant specs for their RFP release. We also conducted a feasibility analysis of existing facilities, financial sensitivity analysis (ROI, IRR, NPV) and developed the implementation plan. The 144kW (DC) designed photovoltaic system uses 576 polycrystalline 250 watt modules to offset approximately 216,000 kwh of electricity consumed on-site. Mo Rousso Founder of HelioPower HelioPower founder Mo Rousso is a seasoned utility engineer, with 30 years experience with clients including SDG&E, LADWP, and the Santa Clara Valley Water District. Since founding HelioPower in 2001, Mo has guided our firm's growth into one of the largest and best respected renewable energy solution providers in the country. Mo holds a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arizona. 3 Top Tier Solar Installer Solar Install & Distributed Generation Beyond Solar HelioPower is a premier turn-key energy service provider and a top 10 Solar Installer in California. Reliability Of A Leader HelioPower has installed over 3,600 distributed generation systems since 2001. Our size and success allows us to secure rock-bottom pricing from top-tier manufacturers world-wide. HelioPower can roll trucks to any location in California, Northern or Southern Nevada, and Western Arizona. Quality With A Track Record We back every installation with a 10 year warranty, and our key components carry manufacturer warranties of 25 years. Our installers are certified by the North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners (NABCEP). Solar is not always the best choice for a customer. Facility energy load patterns often point to solutions such as fuel cells, combined-heat and power, or biomass. Combined-Heat & Power Fuel Cells Biomass Battery Storage HelioPower can design, engineer, and construct each of these energy solutions on a turn-key basis. Biomass Plant Design & Project Management HelioPower leverages its engineering foundation to create the optimal on-site power solution. For this biomass project in Merced, California, HelioPower s electrical engineering and procurement expertise were especially critical to the project success. Along with HelioPower s biomass partner, Phoenix Energy, not only does this biomass project produce low cost electricity, but the bi-product of the gasification process produces biochar a valuable and marketable resource. Rob Hy mes Development Engineer Robert Hymes is an experienced system designer and manager of California commercial scale solar PV project installations. With over 11 years experience, he has connected over 7 MegaWatts of photovoltaic power plants, including projects for Bolinas Wastewater Treatment and the Sonoma County Water Association. Rob also has extensive experience designing solar tracking systems for utilities and municipalities. P a g e 5 www.heliopower.com Engineering Energy Solutions since 2001

4 PredictEnergy Monitoring & Analytics "Big Data comes to the Energy World PredictEnergy is an online platform providing predictive energy decision analytics for facilities that make, move, or store goods. It combines a facility monitoring system with an analytical engine. The monitoring collects a myriad of data points from the facility that feed back into the PredictEnergy software. The software determines the realtime cost of energy per unit in the facility or across multiple facilities. PredictEnergy's decision analytics help identify process changes that reduce the cost of energy as COGS (cost-of-goods-sold) for our clients. Real-time Energy Analytics, at your fingertips. The PredictEnergy dashboard can be configured to pull reports from minutes to years, as seen in the daily demand (kw) charts below. What can PredictEnergy do for you? Manage energy costs against unit production. Manage energy demand costs. Enable cost audits to drive down process costs. Optimize your distributed generation and energy efficiency programs. Safeway Distribution with PredictEnergy SafeWay distribution centers use PredictEnergy to gain visibility on energy cost per unit handled. Empowered with the right information, Safeway has been able to save 7-10% per year on their electricity costs. PredictEnergy is the key to evaluating, analyzing and verifying of our energy program goals. - Rick Lawton, Corporate Operations Engineering Manager; Safeway, Inc. TR Bietsch Director of PredictEnergy TR Bietsch is the Managing Director of the PredictEnergy product suite. TR brings extensive experience in utility power production, energy management, and process control technologies to the team. TR served as a Nuclear Operator in the United States Navy Submarine Service engaged in deterrent and special ops patrols. He completed his education in the U.S. Navy PACE Program through the University of Michigan Program in Engineering Technology. P a g e 6 www.heliopower.com Engineering Energy Solutions since 2001
