Whether your son/daughter is still searching for the right career path or simply looking to get started with General Education courses, we can help them get started on the path to success. All of the college s program and certificate offerings are grouped into 17 Career Clusters, with each cluster providing information on available careers, relevant programs, job placement and transfer information all in one location. Exploring the Career Pathways with your son or daughter can help narrow down career choices and find the programs at NTC that provide the best match. Visit www.ntc.edu/pathways to begin exploring. NTC offers associate degrees, which are two-year programs that combine technical skills with general education such as math, communications and social sciences for a comprehensive educational experience, along with one- and two-year technical diplomas that provide a concentrated focus on hands-on learning of occupational skills targeting the specific abilities needed to be competitive in today s workforce. Your child can get started on their education in high school with Dual Credit. Dual Credit is an arrangement where high school students earn both high school and college credit. Students can earn credit now and save money for later by beginning their coursework in high school.
