Scope The publication provides a listing on an overprinted DA Form 2062 (Hand Receipt) of accountable System/End Item, Components of End Item (COEI), Basic Issue Items (BII), and Additional Authorization List (AAL) items related to Air Conditioner, Compact Vertical: 208 Volt, 3-Phase, 50/60 Hertz. 2. General. Section II is the overprinted DA Form 2062 listing the End Item/ COEI, BII, and AAL items extracted from TM 5-4120-308-15. The listings consist of exactly the same items and are in the same sequence as those listings in TM 5-4120-308-15. The overprinted DA Form 2062 will eliminate manual preparation of the form and will assist organizational in inventorying and accounting for property as required by AR 710-2. Local reproduction of the overprinted DA Form 2062 is authorized. However, organizations will comply with local policies in the reproduction of DA Form 2062 by office copying equipment, field printing plant, or duplicating plant facilities. Explanation of Blocks and Columns (DA Form 2062). a. Form. Enter the organization designation for which the property book is maintained. b. To. Enter the unit identification code and the hand receipt file number or the unit receiving the property. The unit identification code is not normally known by the procuring activity. It will have to be added in the field. 1
TM 5-4120-308-15-HR c. Stock No. Enter the national stock number of the item described. d. Item description. Enter nomenclature, any publication reference (to include issue date), and serial/usa number, if applicable, which will be useful to identify and control the item. e. T 1 (a). Enter the total allowance authorized a hand receipt holder by a MTOE, TDA, or other authorized media (pencil entry). f. C 2 (t). Leave blank. g. Balance columns. (1) Enter the total quantity possessed by the receiving unit for each item listed. All quantity totals will be advanced to the next balance column on any item changes, annotated adjusted, dated, and signed by the responsible individual. (2) The individual receiving property will sign and date the appropriate balance column on the bottom of the last page below a drawn line as shown. When an inventory is taken, the column will be annotated Per inventory. h. Page No./No. of Pages. Hand receipt holder will date and initial each page number (only when two or more forms are involved). When hand receipt holders change, the old initials will be lined out and the new hand receipt holder will initial each page. 2
