Our Packages Employment Description : EPA Group offer a full service Umbrella Solution to contractors which enables them to work with all the protection and statutory rights a permanent member of staff receives while benefiting from the flexibility contracting has to offer. Our workers can expect to benefit from maximising their take home salary with the reimbursement of valid business expenses, receive statutory payment when applicable and work with peace of mind under our complimentary 10 million insurance package. Our solutions start from just 5.00 per day or 25 per week. Payroll Description : Our Payroll Bureau solutions offers agencies the option to outsource their payroll and related administrational burdens to us. Your employees are your most valuable business asset and by using an outsourced payroll function to handle your payroll, you can rest assured that your employees will be paid on time, all your filing obligations will be met, and that all payroll queries will be resolved swiftly. Accountancy Description : EPA Group have on offer a number of accounting packages to suit individuals operating their own limited company, these packages include company formation, accounting and taxation services, an online portal and all the necessary support and advice to help ensure that their company meets all of its statutory requirements and succeeds in all of its business objectives. Intermediary Compliance Intermediaries Reporting Requirements The HMRC Employment Intermediaries legislation dictates that temporary recruiters have to maintain details of their contractors and submit quarterly reports to HM Revenue & Customs. This new reporting requirement has been effective from 6th April 2015 and submissions require details including workers names, addresses, dates of birth and National Insurance numbers. This legislation is mandatory for all recruitment agencies so it is of vital importance that agencies only use umbrella providers who can fully prove their compliance and providers who are in a position to provide agencies with this information in a timely manner, as EPA Group are. Our bespoke payroll and CRM software has automated processes built in which collate and issue this information in the precise format dictated to us by the HMRC. We understand that collecting this information from a number of different providers could prove cumbersome and time consuming so our timely automated system will ensure you always have these reports to hand well in advance of your submission deadlines. April 2016 Models and Solutions The biggest challenge our industry has ever faced is due to take affect from 06th April 2016. This change in legislation means that most Umbrellas will now no longer be able to offer their workers tax relief on Travel and Subsistence. EPA Group have been working directly with HMRC, OTS and other professional bodies like PRISM and Professional Passport to ensure that we can adapt and provide a diverse range of compliant, future proof models, of which are discussed on the next page. Accredited Compliance EPA Group have gained accreditation's from industry leading independent governing bodies to further emphasise our commitment to compliance. These bodies exist to promote best practice within the sector and being a member of such certified bodies emphasises our status as a responsible employer and provider. Our accreditation's include Professional Passport who are an independent professional membership organisation working with all sectors of the flexible workers market. They work closely with a number of government departments and industry trade bodies to identify issues, design the solutions and ensure these solutions meet both regulatory requirements and are practical in the commercial world. Our accreditation follows regular successful audit of our systems, paperwork and procedures, management and enforcement of the current legislation applying to the sector. 6

At the time of writing this legislation is still under discussion and scrutiny and as such is subject to change so we recommend that you speak with us in order to ensure that you are receiving the correct information at the time of your enquiry. 7
