The contractor simply submits their timesheets and expenses and we ll take care of the rest, making all the relevant deductions, paying them in a quick compliant way. 6 WORKING WITH YOU How we work with an agency and the sales process In a landscape with ever changing legislation, it is imperative a recruitment agency partners with a compliant provider. What are the key tips to ensuring compliance? 1. Partner with a company that has significant experience of working with contractors and understands the complex legislation surrounding contractors. 2. On initial consultation we will do a basic fact find in order to ascertain a suitable service for them.
