ATOM Project Management 1

Our Project Managers: Experienced Certified Professionals 2

Our Approach Bidding for projects is a delicate issue. Being awarded a project is always celebrated. Performing the project is the hardest part. At Atom Dynamic we have developed a very thorough and clear methodology to our project management approach. Over the course of time, increasingly complex and difficult projects, all unique in some way have work hardened us. Issues encountered were once solved and forgotten. Nowadays, we take special care in managing issues, problems and or non conformities and make them examples by which we teach and train our staff. We are a learning organization and pay tremendous attention to details. Operating in a crucial environment and being constantly at the critical path of construction, we have learned to manage stress and operate constantly under limited time frames. Our organizational structure is heavily projectized, whilst our project managers are certified, experienced and professional. Please read on, and witness how we manage large and complex projects. 3

Our Approach A project is a temporary endeavor to create a unique product, service or result For Atom Dynamic a project is an investment made by the sponsor which is trusted to our clients. We are the difference between a quality investment and a bad investment. We take pride in this responsibility and are determined to assure that the end deliverables are durable and operational in time. We have an approach that is based on four main parameters. These are: Time, Cost, Quality and Customer Satisfaction 4

Project Time Project time is never enough. To save time one must be organized, and must have the adequate resources to perform the job in hand. To save time we have developed a relational database in which all our data is stored. With this database, we monitor all project progress and take actions when delays are noticed. Our project team is briefed daily as are our project stakeholders. 5

Project Costs Project Management is the application of knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to project activities to meet the project requirments Projects will cost money. It is the excess expenses which can be avoided that protect our clients, and save us time to complement the previous criteria. Our predictive analytics allow us to determine which welders and which project parts are prone to repairs allowing for a more dedicated and isolated research or targeted inspections if and where these are allowed by codes and procedures. 6

Project Quality Being a firm working on quality we have the obligation to apply quality to all levels of our organization. So what is Quality? Quality is in our dedicated group of professionals who work round the clock for our client. Quality is our constant collaboration with the client. A mutually beneficial collaboration which brings results and created lasting relations. 7

Project Quality Quality is in our database system that correlates information with the clients systems and validates true and actual performance. Quality is finally evaluated via adhoc quality audits that are performed by our top management. This ensures that we do not become complacent throughout the project life cycle. 8

Project Manager The Project Manager is the person assigned by the performing organization to achieve the project objectives Our project managers are the image of our company. We strive to obtain the best talent keep it and build on its foundations. Our project managers are responsible for conveying our business strategy and brand image. They are responsible for managing the teams and passing on skills and knowledge. They are trained to lead and keep an open eye and mind for new ideas and needs. 9

Project Stakeholders Stakeholders are persons or organizations who are actively involved in the project or whose insterests may be positively or negatively affected by the performance or completion of the project We strive in all projects to keep all stakeholders satisfied. This can only be achieved by constantly monitoring needs and how these change with time. Project stakeholders need to feel that their effort, assets and finances are not employed in vein, are not in risk and are not wasted. 10
