Meet Brian He owns a very successful web development company, Gone Bananas. He has 2 full time sales people, 1 administrative assistant, and 6 creative types. He s heard a lot about the Cloud and wonders if he s missing out.

Okay, so what makes sense for us? Disaster Recovery, web-based business apps, a virtual server... Where do I start?
Brian s decided the first thing his business needs is a better quoting system.
How much will this change our processes? Is this practical? Do we need to be mobile?
Brian understands that the web-based quoting system, will require some changes to their internal processes. But, he feels confident that with a little training his sales staff will be much more efficient and the quotes will be more accurate. Plus they ll be easier to track. It s a good place to start.
Which solution is the best fit for us? Should we go totally web-based, have local access, or set up a virtual environment?
Brian has found a SaaS solution that will give his sales staff the features and flexibility they need.

After getting all of his questions answered by the provider, Brian is ready to take the next step.
Is our Internet connection fast enough? Do we need more bandwidth or a redundant connection?
After discussing his Internet connection with his provider and his IT guy, Brian learned that he needs a redundant connection and that his primary connection needs more bandwidth than he is line. So he is adding a T1. getting from his DSL
