Indiana DNR Division of Forestry Small Woodlot Owner Consultant Directory This directory and the Indiana Woodlot Owner Resource Series was developed for property owners who have ten acres or less of woodlands.

The individuals in this directory are professional foresters who work with property owners who own less than 10 acres of woods. The consultants listed here have indicated that they will provide forestry consulting services. This list is provided as a public service to assist property owners in hiring forestry consultants. The directory is not intended as an endorsement of any of the professionals listed, nor of the services they provide. The Division of Forestry is not responsible for any representation made by persons on this list or organizations, which may use the list. o All of these foresters offer references upon request and are members of professional associations that advance their expertise. o They all have Professional liability insurance coverage or Commercial general liability insurance. Always check insurance coverage when having someone work on your property. o Before hiring anyone to begin work on your property, make sure that you and the forester understand the proposed work and the fees involved via a written work plan. o Please note that most of these foresters are also listed in the Indiana Forestry & Woodland Owners Association (IFWOA), 2005-06 Directory of Professional Foresters and also provide forestry services to landowners with large tracts of forest land.
