Or you can call the AECOM Benefits Service Center at 877-459-3133 * AECOM s benefits are governed under the rules provided in the applicable plan documents and summary plan descriptions, which will be provided upon request.

Coverage is effective on the date of hire for employees scheduled to work 20 hours or more per week and is available to spouses, domestic partners, and/or eligible dependents.

Medical Wellness at AECOM is a program which provides support and resources to employees to achieve and maintain good health and well-being. Wellness participants enjoy significant savings on medical plan premiums and other plan costs if they complete this annual program. As a new employee, you are automatically eligible to receive these benefits during the calendar year in which you joined AECOM. Contact the AECOM Benefits Department for further details. PPO Plan: Members have the freedom of visiting in-network or out-of-network providers. This plan has a deductible/outof-pocket maximum and is administered by Anthem Blue Cross. High Deductible Health Plan: AECOM offers plans with a high deductible, including the Premier Plus Plan, which is available to those who qualify by completing AECOM s Wellness program. These plans allow you the freedom to visit in-network or out-of-network providers and feature a Health Savings Account (HSA) in which members can build tax-free savings for future, qualified expenses. AECOM provides a generous annual HSA contribution and members may contribute to their account on a pre-tax basis up to the IRS allowable annual maximum. This plan is administered by Anthem Blue Cross (medical) and Mellon Bank/Benefit Wallet (HSA). Exclusive Provider Organization (EPO): In this plan, you may see any medical provider that is in-network; there is no out-of-network coverage. You may also see any in-network specialist without prior authorization. Benefits are administered by Anthem Blue Cross. Dental DPO 1: This plan allows you to see any dentist you choose. Maximum coverage for each covered member is $2,000 per year. The plan also includes orthodontia at 50% (up to $2,000 per year) and limited coverage for implants. It is administered by Aetna. DPO 2: This plan also allows you to see any dentist you choose. Maximum coverage for each covered member is $1,000 per year. Orthodontia is not covered. The plan is administered by Aetna. Vision Vision Care Plan: The plan provides discounted rates for routine vision examinations plus discounted prices on eyeglass frames and lenses or contacts. This benefit is administered through Express Scripts.

Flexible spending accounts (FSA) and Health savings accounts (HSA) Health Care Spending Account & Dependent Day Care Spending Account: These two separate accounts allow you to set aside money from your paycheck on a pre-tax basis to cover certain unreimbursed medical, dental, vision and/or dependent care expenses. Annual maximum contribution limits apply. In 2015, the maximum contributions are $2,500 for the Health Care Spending Account and $5,000 for the Dependent Day Care Spending Account. Health Savings Account: If you participate in a high deductible medical plan, you may be eligible to contribute to a tax-advantaged account which can be used for future health care expenses. Unlike an FSA, there is no time-limit on when you need to use these funds and you take them with you if you leave the company. Your HSA can further grow through a generous HSA contribution which is available from AECOM. Maximum annual contribution limits and eligibility requirements apply. In 2015, the combined maximum HSA contribution limit is $3,300/ individual and $6,550/family. Employees over age 55 may contribute an additional $1,000/ year.
