Rick Belliotti Director, Information and Technology Services Department, San Diego County Regional Airport Authority. Rick Belliotti is an experienced manager and entrepreneur who has worked in organizations of all sizes. His experience extends from software development to business development, to management of staff. Rick is has been very active in the Aviation industry with the International Air Transport Association (IATA), and Airports Council International (ACI). Rick served on several key management groups and committees for these organizations, and participated in the creation of standards, policies, as well as conducting research for the industry. The key focus of his career is to make the aviation industry better for the passenger by improving how technology is used to meet their needs, as well as the needs of the business. Paul Hetzel VP, Chief Information Officer, Raleigh Durham International Airport Paul Hetzel is the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Vice President of Information Services for the Raleigh-Durham Airport Authority. In his role, Hetzel balances business alignment, technology strategic planning, and technical execution for airport information systems including common use and integrated passenger self-service systems. Paul joined RDU in 2014 and has 25+ years of hands-on, practical technology experience as well as 20 years directing and leading teams. Business growth, data analytics, and operational efficiency are just a few of Mr. Hetzel's professional passions. Paul has been recognized as a strategic partner and business architect and has participated numerous times as a guest lecturer, speaker, and panelist. Prior to joining the Raleigh-Durham Airport Authority, Paul served as the Vice President of Information Technology & Operations and has substantial experience in diverse vertical markets such as healthcare and broadcast television. Paul resides in Raleigh, North Carolina with his wife. Mr. Hetzel is an Eagle Scout and holds a Bachelor's of Science degree from the State University of New York. David James Director Information Technology, Tampa International Airport David James is the Director of Information Technology Services at Tampa International Airport where he is responsible for the operation and support of the enterprise technology infrastructure. During his career Mr. James has served in numerous Senior Executive level technology roles in both commercial technology firms and several government agencies. He is recognized as a very progressive and strategic thinker who exploits technology to challenge the status quo in the quest to deliver the highest levels of business and organization performance. Ian Law CIO, San Francisco International Airport Ian is Chief Information Officer (CIO) at San Francisco International Airport. He holds A BSc in Computer Science and an MBA from University College Cork and Cranfield School of Management, respectively. His experience encompasses technology, business and advisory roles. At Computer Associates GmbH, Germany he managed CA s German, Austrian and Swiss data Centers and led 3rd level support groups serving key clients in that region. He also led data center projects in former East Germany immediately following the collapse of the Soviet Union in 90/ 91. During his KPMG (London), UK tenure, Ian led international outsourcing and supply chain advisory businesses and worked directly with clients in Europe, USA, Brazil, India, Singapore, UAE, France, Australia, Austria & South Africa. He led and participated in corporate transactions as well as growing KPMG s international advisory practices. Ian is a champion for the role of technology in airports and has led initiatives at SFO to create a Transportation Network Companies management platform, trial Mobile Passport Control, implement a high density Wi Fi service and innovate real time data services for taxis. He sits on several technology committees and working groups at the City and County of San Francisco. Ian is an avid sailor and skier! Mike Youngs Deputy Chief Information Officer, Phoenix Aviation Department Mike is the Deputy Chief Information Officer for the city of Phoenix Aviation Department. In this capacity, he oversees the implementation of technology solutions to support the strategic plan of the Aviation Department. Mike has nearly 20 years of experience in the field of Information Technology. Prior to joining the City of Phoenix in 2000, Mike worked as an application expert for Computerized Facility Integration in Chicago and as a GIS Analyst for Rand McNally & Company. Mike has been with the Aviation Department since 2007 serving as the GIS Manager and IT Project Manager before being promoted into his current position. Mike has a Master s Degree in Geographic Information Systems and a Bachelor of Arts degree in History both from Michigan State University. 3
Jeff Collins Business Development Manager, Arora Engineers Jeff Collins joined Arora Engineers, Inc in July of 2015 as the Business Development Manager Transportation Solutions. Doyle, CPA PMP Practice Director, AST Corporation Jason F. Doyle, CPA PMP is a seasoned IT and Financial Project Governance expert, financial professional with functional and managerial expertise across transit, governmental/non-profit and for-profit organizations. Mr. Doyle has over seventeen years of progressive experience in accounting and finance roles with organizations from $50million to $4 billion in annual revenues, including multinational companies Stagecoach and First Group. Additionally, he spent five years as the Corporate Controller of the Rhode Island Airport Corporation (RIAC), which operates Providence (PVD) airport and five general aviation airports. During his tenure at RIAC, Mr. Doyle was deeply immersed in IT infrastructure and emerging technologies reviews and their applications to aviation. As AST Corporation s Practice Director for Transportation, Mr. Doyle specializes in project governance and the delivery of innovative Airport-centric technology solutions including initiatives to enhance Passenger Experiences, extension of Airport Integrated Data Brokers to provide information for Airport Operations, as well as Business Intelligence solution development based on Airport Cooperative Research Program (ACRP) guidance on Performance Management Systems to provide airport executives with the tools to enhance strategic decision making. Paul Drury Vice President, Americas, Ultra Electronics Airport Systems, INC. Paul Drury is Vice President for Ultra Electronics Airport Systems, and is responsible for delivering Ultra s strategy for the Americas region. He brings 25 years experience to the ACI Committee, cutting his teeth at Manchester Airport managing the SITA IT infrastructure team, moving onto Heathrow Airport, where he co-founded SITA s BagMessage service (although please don t hold that against him!). 4
