October Production Release Notification This release notification highlights key features and updates that are part of the scheduled 16- OCT-2011 Fusebox production release. This document contains important information about changes impacting end users of the Fusebox production environment. General information is included in this notice. Common to All Fusebox The following changes pertain to all of the common components of the Fusebox application. New Features The following new feature has been included in this release for all Merchant paperwork: UID labels have been changed to Token ID. Resolved Issues The following issues have been resolved in this release: 30684 Password Expired Prompt Shows Incorrect Username If your password had expired and you were prompted to reset it, you might have seen that your username was appended with @external. This issue has been resolved in this release. 30624 (SD Ticket 1009692) Email Address with Hyphen Error When setting up a user who has a hyphen (dash) in their email address, you were unable to input the hyphen (dash) when entering their email address. This issue has been resolved and hyphens (dashes) can now be entered when you set up user. 1
Case Management The following changes pertain to features within the Change Management Home pages. New Features The following new feature has been included in this release for OCM. OCM Token Label On the following screens within OCM, you will see the following changes: Transaction Information: UID label has been changed to Token ID. Case Search Retrieval: UID label has been changed to Token ID. Case Search Chargeback: UID label has been changed to Token ID. Reports Chargeback List Search: Token has been changed to Token ID. Reports Case Details: Token has been changed to Token ID. Reports Retrieval List Search and Report Column: Token has been changed to Token ID. List of Cards with Multiple Chargebacks Search and Report Column: Token has been changed to Token ID. Resolved Issues The following issues have been resolved in this release: 1003466 Unable to Assign Case If you only had a single case in your unassigned case grid, you were unable to assign that case. This issue has been resolved and you are now able to have one case listed in the grid and are able to assign it to a user. 1003465 Entity Property Search Timeout If you did an OCM entity property search, it would timeout after two minutes and gives you an Internal Server Error 500. This issue has been resolved and you will not see this timeout error when doing this search. 2
28480 OCM Performance Improvement When opening and closing the Case Details page, the response time has been improved. 1009692 Email Address Setup When setting up a user who has a hyphen (dash) in their email address, you were unable to input the hyphen (dash) when entering their email address. This issue has been resolved and hyphens (dashes) can now be entered when you set up user. 1020018 Change Password Error When prompted to change your password when your password is set to expire, if you clicked Yes and then keyed in your new password, you would receive this error: This issue has been resolved and you are now able to reset your password without seeing this error message. 3
Batch and Transaction Management The following changes to the Batch and Transaction Management applications are being made as part of the scheduled October production release. New Features The following new feature has been included in this release for Batch and Transaction Management. Create New Transaction From Existing page: UID has been changed to Token ID. Transaction Life Cycle page: UID has been changed to Token ID. Print Popup page: UID has been changed to Token ID. Edit Transaction Detail page: UID has been changed to Token ID. Export to CSV page: UID has been changed to Token ID. Export to New Window page: UID has been changed to Token ID. Void Request page: UID has been changed to Token ID. Alert Detail page: UID has been changed to Token ID. Edit Request page: UID has been changed to Token ID. End-to-End Encryption Values Available on the Transaction Detail Screen With this release, End-to-End Encryption values are available on the Compliance tab of the Transaction Detail screen. Message Source Field Enhancement On the Compliance Tab, the Message Source field now has a more useful description instead of the one-value character as in previous releases. The Message Source describes where the message came from (for example, point of sale, VTERM, etc.). You can see an example of this enhancement in the screen below. Resolved Issues The following issues have been resolved in this release: 30686 Settlement Control Exception Error If you navigated to the Transaction List from the Settlement Recapture List and then tried to navigate to the Batch list, you might have seen an Exception Error. This issue has been resolved in this release. 29308 Default Hierarchy Showing after Multiple Hierarchy Selected If you selected a multiple hierarchy, the default hierarchy might still be displayed. This issue has been resolved in this release. The multiple hierarchy values will now be displayed properly. 5
30478 Settlement Control Entitlement Editing Issue If you tried to edit a settled transaction even if you had the proper entitlements, you might have encountered an error when doing so. This issue has been resolved in this release. 30535 Settlement Control File Number and ID Fields Accept Alphabetic Characters If you were trying to edit the Control File Number and the Control File ID fields, the system was allowing you to input alphabetic characters into these fields when they are not allowed. This issue has been resolved in this release and you will not be able to enter any alphabetic characters in these fields. 30548 Search Start and End Dates Automatically Changing When you tried to search for a system batch number, the start and end dates were changing automatically. This issue has been resolved in this release so that the start and end dates are retained when doing a search. 30614 Account Balance Type Transaction Causes Error When you tried to create an Account Balance transaction, the system would display this: Error 3103. This issue has been resolved in this release and you should no longer see this error message. 6

Open Authorization List (search screen): Token has been changed to Token ID. Resolved Issues The following issues have been resolved in this release: 30646 Case Activity Retrieval Amount Showing Asterisks When running a Case Activity Retrieval report, the amounts might be shown in asterisks. This issue has been resolved in this release. 30703 OCM Status List and Status Summary Reports Errors When running an OCM Status List and Status Summary report, you might have received and error message or the reports would not run. This issue has been resolved in this release. 7
30738 Card List Reports Failing to Generate XLS or CSV Files When running a report with a list of cards that contain multiple chargebacks, the reports failed to generate in XLS or CSFV formats. This issue has been resolved in this release. 30576 Retrieval List Token Search Failed When running a Retrieval Report List using a token search returned no records. This issue has been resolved in this release. 8
