CONTRACTORS WANTED The Affordable Housing and Rehabilitation Division is seeking qualified contractors to participate in their Single Family/Mobilehome Repair, and Mobilehome Replacement Programs. The work may involve, but is not limited to, roofing, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, heating, lead based paint abatement, mold and asbestos material removal, removal of old mobilehomes, preparing lot for installation of new mobilehome. Contractor selection will be made from an approved contractor list. To be placed on the approved contract list, general contractors shall submit an application with the requested supporting documentation.
