2 to 15 tons Water-Cooled and Chilled Water Unique Solutions for Challenging HVAC Projects

Your Choice for Limited Space Applications Water-Cooled Chilled Water The VertiCool Space Saver allows installation of an air conditioning system where minimal floor space is available and where ceiling mounted or ducted units are not practical. Standard scroll compressors provide stable cooling performance and the unit can be equipped with options that tailor it to specific job requirements. An Air-Cooled condenser can be added for heat rejection when condenser water is not available. The Air-Cooled condenser does not require additional indoor floor space and can be located internally near an outside wall or externally with an optional rain hood for roof or ground-level pad mounting. A remote Air-cooled Condensing section can also be matched with the VertiCool Space Saver. By locating the compressor(s) in the condensing unit, it will run even more quietly. Standard Features 2 to 15 tons Water-Cooled or Chilled Water Heavy-gauge galvinized cabinet Sloped Stainless Steel Condensate Drain Pan Front Component Access Fits through 32 doorways Thermal/Accoustic cabinet insulation Ball bearing blower motors Inherently protected motors and compressors Copper tube/aluminum fin coils Scroll compressors Draw through air flow Single point power connection Typical Floor Space Savings Size Conventional Space Saver % Smaller 3 Tons 8.9 square feet 3.6 square feet 60% 5 Tons 8.9 square feet 7.3 square feet 18% 8 Tons 13.8 square feet 10.7 square feet 22% 15 Tons 19.6 square feet 15.6 square feet 20% * Savings when compared to the VertiCool Classic air conditioning unit. Ideal for Open Office Locations The small footprint and low profile of the VertiCool Space Saver blends nicely into any office environment and the cabinet is finished in a pleasing powder coated finish that won t easily scratch or fade. Balanced blowers, vibration-isolated compressors and acoustic insulation provide quiet operation. Flexible Cabinet Design for Free-Blow or Ducted Operation Free-Blow Operation Ducted Operation 3

The All-Indoor Solution The VertiCool Space Saver units are another All-Indoor Solution from United CoolAir. These units are designed specifically for only an indoor application. This means that there are no theft and vandalism issues. Storm damage is no longer a concern. No maintenance or service must be done outside on the roof or during inclement weather. The outdoor appearance of the structure is not cluttered with another piece of equipment. There is no sound problem at your property line. The units are self-contained for either water-cooled or chilled water applications. United CoolAir can even offer an indoor condenser or condensing section if an air-cooled system must be used. These indoor condenser or condensing units duct the condenser air to and from the outside of the structure through louvers. 7
