Phoenix Energy of Nevada (PENV) has developed and is prepared to field a new extremely innovative, evolutionary, revolutionary, disruptive and transformational cutting-edge electric power plant design and technology known and described as the PENV Steam Waste Heat Energy Recovery Dry Cooling Reverse Condenser Induction Energy Induced Feed Water Re-Heat Electric Power Generation Plant. This new innovative revolutionary cutting-edge electric power plant design provides the following benefits, improvements and advantages over all other types, designs and methods of electric power generation: Produces Very Low Cost Electric Energy and Fresh Water from Sea Water (<$0.03 kw-hr) Zero Gaseous Emissions and Zero Toxic Waste Generation From Production Operations Extremely Low Design, Engineering, Construction, Operations & Production Costs (<$122K Per MW) Effectiveness, Efficiency and Simplicity of Design, Engineering, Construction and Operations Operational Availability & Dependability on a 24 Hours Per Day / 345 Days Per Year Basis Extremely Small Footprint and Low Land & Utilities Requirements & Environmental Impacts Scalability, Flexibility and Adaptability of System Designs to Meet Most Specifications Transportability, Portability, Mobility and Exportability of Optional Scalability Designs Available Options Such As Low Cost Fresh Water Production From Sea Water Evaporative Process Significantly Shorter and Less Expensive Maintenance, Modifications, Repairs & Recovery Outages As shown by this list of design and technology improvements and advantages; This PENV evolutionary and disruptive cutting-edge electric power generation plant design will revolutionize and transform the electric power production industry by superseding and making all other types, designs, technology and methods of electric power generation obsolete and eventually replacing them as the preferred power plant.

Phoenix Energy of Nevada has Combined Existing and Proven Designs and Technologies to Create The Most Effective and Efficient Electric Power Generation Method Ever Developed. PENV s Patented Induction Energy Powered Steam Generators (SG) are Modeled after existing Boiling Water Reactor (BWR) design and technologies. The significant difference between these two electric power plant designs is the PENV SG uses Induction Field Energy Induced Eddy Currents into the SG flow channel walls to produce the thermodynamic heating effect that heat the feed water to steaming conditions, instead of BWR nuclear fission heating. This significant design difference provides PENV Induction Power Plants all the advantages and benefits of Nuclear Power Plants without any of the radiation, safety, health, nuclear contamination and waste, compliance or security hazards, concerns, problems and cost of and associated with Nuclear Fueled Power Plants. The Induction Energy Fields and Coils used to generate the Induction Fields Energies Induced Eddy Currents that heat the SG and FW Heater Flow Channels are Effective, Efficient, Clean and Safe, and provide for complete control of all temperatures throughout the Power Production Process. PENV is the first Energy Engineering Company to combine the Benefits and Advantages of these Two Distinctive Power Plant Designs.

PENV INDUCTION ENERGY ELECTRIC POWER PLANT DESIGN

This PENV Electric Power Plant Design Concept is a closed loop constant c steam mass flow rate with variable waste heat energy recovery condensing feed water flow f rate reverse condenser system that uses electromagnetic induction field induced metal heating h energy for feed water re-heating and steaming to compensate for and replace the heat energy lost through and during the electric power production steam turbine and waste heat t recovery cycles. This feed water re-heating and steaming is performed by and accomplished in the Boost and Sustaining Heat Reciprocating Flow Induction Field Induced Heating Energy Steam Generator and the Reciprocating Inward Concentric Flow Induction Field Induced Heating Feed Water Heater. Both of these feed water heaters have induction coils incorporated and integrated into their internal flow channels to induce induction field heating energy e into the feed water flow channel walls to heat and raise the temperature of theses walls to 1,550 degrees Fahrenheit for feed water re-heating to steaming temperatures as the water flows through the flow channels. This new, innovative and unique PENV Induction Electric Power Plant design of this re-heater and steam generator utilizes 100% of the induction field for metals heating and provides one primary direct and two secondary direct feed water re-heating methods and sources for 100% heating efficiencies and effectiveness. Due to and as the results s of the induction fields induced metals heating energy thermodynamic heating effects amplification n factor, steam waste heat energy recovery system and equipment close proximity configuration designs, the induction field power supply and power plant electric driven process equipment are powered from 15% to 20% of the plant electric generator output, similar to an electric generator design and how it operates. The remaining 85% of the electric generator output is delivered to the power grid. Based on Inductotherm records, research and Corporate knowledge, and PENV research, this induction power plant concept has never been tried before. This is an innovative, unique and new concept. When successful this design and technology concept will produce very low cost emissions free minimal land impacting electric power on a continuous basis regardless of and immune to most environmental conditions, fossil fuel supplies and d costs, politics and crisis.

INDUCTION ENERGY Induction Heating Technology has been around and in use for over 100 years. Numerous Industries have used and are benefitting from the ability to use Induction Fields to heat metals to extremely high temperatures using low power at high frequencies to provide extremely efficient and effective safe and economical controllable le uniform heating. Heating by induction makes use of the capability of the induction n energy magnetic fields to transmit, distribute and induce heating energies into most susceptive sceptive / susceptible and receptive metals within the induction energy field without direct d contact with the target metal. Induction Field Energies Induced Metals Heating has s a Power Transfer and Heating Density of 10,000 watts/sq-cm. By Comparisons; Direct Flame Heat has a Power Transfer and Heating Density of 1,000 watts/sq-cm; Thermal Conduction has a Power Transfer and Heating Density of 20 watts/sq-cm; and Thermal Convection has a Power Transfer and Heating Density of 0.5 watts/sq-cm. As is shown by these Comparisons of these Four Heating Methods Power Transfer and Heating Densities, it is apparent why Induction Heating is so Extremely Effective, Efficient and Preferred, rred, as well as Very Safe. Foundries, heat treating, mills, welders and other types of high temperature manufactures and fabricators do use induction heating instead of conventional fuel / oxygen heating because of induction field energy induced heating efficiencies and a effectiveness, as well as being significantly more Economical, Environmentally Friendly and Safe. These same attributes and parameters also apply to electric power r production. Based on and after a significant amount of research and consultations with h Inductotherm, Phoenix Energy has designed, and is ready to build the first electric power plant induction field energy powered feed water re-heat heater and steam generator fabricated specifically for use with a Steam Turbine Electric Generator Set.

INDUCTION IN INDUSTRY Metal Foundry Heating 70 Tons of Steel to a Temperature of 1500 Degrees Celsius using 6 to 8 MWe on a Continuous Cycle. Inductotherm Variable Induction Power (VIP) Voltage Fed Series Tuned System with Hybrid Field Heating Coil for PENV Power Plant Applications.

PENV INDUCTION ENERGY FEED WATER RE-HEATERS These PENV Units will replace the entire steam boiler system of a typical fossil fuel plant. The First picture shows the Induction Steam Generator PENV designed to power a 120 MW Steam Turbine Generator. The foot print is only 24 by 17 feet. This makes retrofitting an extremely viable option for existing plants that have been or are in process of being regulated out of commission because of emissions.

INDUCTION ECONOMICS The PENV Induction Energy Re-Heat Steam Waste Heat Recovery Electric Power Plants do not use or require any fossil fuels, burners, boilers, NOx, SOx, FD or ID Fans, scrubbers or exhaust stacks. This will eliminate most, possibly all, Emissions Controls and Monitoring, and toxic and hazardous waste and material generation and handling along with the resulting associated costs. Additionally, without the need for the associated traditional boilers and fuel systems maintenance, inspections and upkeep, Plant Outage times and costs will also be significantly reduced as well. Building requirements and costs will be reduced due to the removal of the fuel delivery systems and the required underground work and permits. Overall plant footprint will be reduced. Plants will no longer need 5 to 7 story tall boilers or stacks. This will give them a much lower profile allowing them to be built in almost any area at a much lower price than traditional plants.

PLANT EFFICIENCIES The PENV Induction Energy Re-Heating Systems Equipment and Plant Configuration Designs use one primary direct and two secondary direct feed water re-heating methods and sources for obtaining and accomplishing 100% heating and re-heating, and re-steaming efficiencies. This plant design uses induction field energy for heating the flow channel walls to 1550 degrees Fahrenheit. These generated induction energy fields also heat the feed water and flow channel ribbons at the same time for additional heating energy input into the systems. Additionally, this PENV new and innovative design steam waste heat energy recovery variable reciprocating counter flow rate dry cooling reverse condenser recovers 90% of the Plant s Main Steam Turbine exhaust steam waste heat energy and then returns it to the steam re-generation electric power production steam cycle for re-use. These combined, contributing and additive heat, re-heating, re-steaming, and steam waste heat energy recovery and re-use system equipment, the resulting heat transfer and thermodynamics effects, efficiencies and effectiveness designs have resulted in and produced the most energy efficient and effective, and emissions free Steam Cycle Electric Power Generation System Design, Processes and Operations Available.

ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACTS These PENV Induction Energy Electric Power Generation Plants are started either directly from the grid or with a start-up electric generator. These low to nominal gaseous emissions are the only emission impact associated with this PENV Induction Plant Design. PENV Power Generation Plant Electric Distribution Basic Configuration Drawing No fossil or nuclear fuels use and low emissions means compliance will no longer be any driving issue relating to the viability of a plant. There are fewer regulations relating to the steam and water side, and distribution systems as compared to the fuel and boiler side and emissions controls systems.

APPLICATIONS: New Construction PENV Plants have drastically reduced footprint compared to conventionally ntionally fueled plants. With no fuel/burner/boiler our plant would be more affordable to build and our systems easier to maintain. PENV new construction plants will require very little underground work and compared to a conventional plant a very v low profile with no exhaust. The plants can also be built within existing structures, load and square footage permitting ting (Factories / Warehouses). PENV Power Plants could easily be transported to even remote locations on existing roads and highways. PENV Induction Energy Electric Power Plants can be started using power from the grid or a start up generator. PENV Power Plants do not use any fossil fuels, and as such will not produce any types of gaseous emissions or toxic wastes, a zero emissions power plant. This greatly reduces the cost of environmental and emissions compliance, and eliminates many of the t regulations Electric Power Generators and Producers face and must compensate design for today, and must presently comply with. The first Plant we are hoping to build is in Milton, Florida. We are going to build it in an existing 20k square foot warehouse on a 10 acre parcel. At a $1,900,000 Warehouse Building Cost for the Plant, this is extremely affordable compared to new construction cost. Retrofitting Existing Steam Turbine Generator Power Plants PENV Induction Energy Power Plant design would be an excellent choice c for gas, coal and nuclear retrofits. Integrating existing plant equipment would reduce the cost of construction and a bring existing closed or scheduled to close plants back to electric power production with no gaseous emissions, none / zero emissions. Existing Power Plants could possibly be brought back on line for less than the cost of the remediation these t owners are facing at their sites. The PENV Induction Energy Electric Power Plant design has a very low cost of power production, and the low to no emissions and overall reduction in regulations would be attractive to not only owners, but also to all Municipalities, States and Customers. At the present time there are hundreds of plants scheduled to be closed down because of emission regulations. PENV Induction Energy Electric Power Plant systems retrofitted to these units would w be an extremely attractive option for these potential customers.

Transportability and Mobility PENV Plant designs are scalable to almost any size from about 25 MW up. Production of Skid mounted units that can be moved via the highway system by tractor trailer and assembled at any site. Our plants will not be location dependent on fuel/gas pipe or local resources. The plant can run in an open or completely closed loop depending on water availability. Remote locations where fuel has to be brought in would greatly benefit using our Plants. Remote oil fields, mines, Islands, military bases, Antarctica etc. Water Desalinization and Purification PENV Plant's main byproduct is water. There are a lot of ways to purify water, but PENV's Plant will be able to sell excess power while producing fresh water in abundance. This means purification would not only be a no cost proposition, it would actually be profitable before any water is actually sold. Filtering and reverse osmosis plants would have a hard time competing with PENV from both a maintenance and cost perspective. Our Plants could actually be used in areas where water and power are in short supply (developing world) or even on polluted bodies of water, or in waste water treatment plants. Marine Transportation PENV Plant is ideal for cargo/passenger/military ships. Electric motors have been used on ships for decades and electric motors are one of the most efficient ways of propelling a large vessel. This PENV Induction Energy Electric Power Plant design s unique scalability and ability to be integrated and back fitted into most shipboard designs and configurations, its small footprint and zero fuel requirements / use, results in and does mean a massive reduction in cost and emissions could be realized almost immediately. This would also give vessels an infinite range, no emissions and no restrictions on which port (fuel) you stop at. The Navy has already set goals for an all electric Destroyer with a build by date of 2027.

Supplement / Addition Too Alternative Energies (Solar / Wind) PENV Plants could be added to supplement existing wind and solar resources during low generation periods. At present time all wind and solar has to be backed up by conventional (Fossil or Nuclear) power. PENV Induction Energy Re-Heat Steam Waste Heat Recovery Electric Power Plants Plant could easily cover these periods with no fuel cost, no emissions, no toxic waste and no down or dark / brown out time. CONCLUSIONS: PENV is confident that these PENV Designs and Processes are a major step forward in the pursuit of efficient, dependable, reliable, affordable, safe and clean electric energy. PENV Systems are similar to nuclear power without the associated restrictions, hazards, concerns waste and cost. PENV is ready to go into production at present time. PENV has Patented the Systems, Equipment and Processes, the next step is Construction. PENV does not have any technology to prove or research to complete, only processes to refine, improve and fine tune through the power plant construction and operations. Everyday globally thousands of companies are using Induction Field Energy Technologies to produce extremely high temperatures for a relatively small amount of power. PENV Plants will bring this induction and waste heat recovery technology to the electric power industry with our proprietary designed induction steam generator and feed water re-heat heater, and steam waste heat recovery systems.
