The indexprints Compensation Plan was structured to ensure that our Brokers earn commissions right away, as well as provide a platform for long-term residual income. We believe in rewarding our Brokers with a tremendously generous Compensation Plan where average marketers, as well as Leaders will find this Pay Plan to be extremely lucrative for serious business builders. No need to lease a building or buy equipment! No inventory to stock or products to ship! Just advertise your print services on places like Craigslist, Facebook, Twitter & Instagram. WHILE BUYING WHOLESALE RESIDUAL COMMISSIONS

Compensation Plan Direct Product Sales Direct Product Sales (DPS) is a onetime commission paid weekly when you sell a products such as Business cards, postcards, websites, etc. Upon successful enrollment, each Broker will get their own personal indexprints website. Your customers will be able to buy products and services at the retail price. Brokers will be paid retail profits as part of their weekly commission check. Membership Types Direct Product Sales Associate Broker All PAID Brokers earn a 20% commission on all products sales through their website.

Compensation Plan Enroller Bonuses The Enroller Bonus (EB) is designed to keep our Brokers encouraged while they are building their business! Each time you enroll a new Broker into the business, YOU LL EARN A $5, this is paid EVERY MONTH on all your personally enrolled Brokers. When they enroll new brokers, you ll also receive a $5 coded bonus for all their personally enrolled Brokers on level 2. This is designed to encourage leaders to help their team members. Note: You will NOT be issued an Enroller Bonus if ANY of the following occurs 1. Users who abandon the shopping cart and not complete the purchase/enrollment. 2. Any user who is issued a refund. (If a commission has already been issued prior to the refund, the amount will be deducted from your future commissions). THE IS PAID EVERY MONTH FOR ALL YOUR PERSONALLY ENROLLED BROKERS. YOU ALSO EARN A $5/MONTH CODED BONUS ON ALL LEVEL 2 BROKERS!

Compensation Plan Residual Commissions The indexprints business opportunity has been designed to help our Brokers build a business that can easily produce both immediate income as well as long term residual income. indexprints has developed this phenomenal and unique compensation plan where Brokers are truly rewarded for their efforts quickly while building long term residual income. Brokers earn Residual Commissions (RC) on all of the PAID Brokers in their downline subscription fees. Residual Commissions encourage sponsors to mentor and help develop Brokers deep within their marketing organization. Residual Commission are paid monthly on all active subscriptions in your organization. However, these commissions are often paid weekly (depending on when the renewal date of the Broker(s) subscription(s) in your organization). Successful marketers and business people already know that Residual Income is truly the key to financial freedom! Who wants to constantly work FOREVER? Compensation Plan Lifetime Commissions The Life Time Commissions (LTC) is one of the most powerful features of our pay plan. As a Broker, not only do you earn commissions once when your customers buy products from your website but with (LTC) you also earn a commission every time one of your personally sponsored customers or Brokers order products for life! Every time they order you get a commission, now how POWERFUL is that?

Compensation Plan Team Sales Commissions The Team Sales Commission (TSC) component rewards you for building and motivating a team of highly trained Brokers by earning commissions on their sales. Your commission (%) percentage is based on the number of active Brokers in your organization. The more active Brokers on your team, the more (%) percentage of Team Sales commissions you'll earn. Example: As a Broker, you ll earn a 20% commission for all your personally referred customers, 1% on level 1 and 2 team sales, 5% on level 3 and 1% from levels 4-5 team sales. Note: Please see the Team Sales Commissions Pay Structure on the next page for a complete break down.

Compensation Plan - Wholesale Discounts Brokers qualify for Wholesale Discounts on all products and services purchased. Note: These Wholesale/Discounts are in addition to our already low prices and will be applied at the time of checkout right before payment. Receive a Wholesale Discount on ALL products and services purchased. Note: This excludes Discounts on Membership Subscriptions. 20% *Wholesale Discounts will be applied at the time of checkout* Associate Broker Discounts 20%

Compensation Plan - Glossary of Terms In order to better understand the Compensation Plan, we have provided key words and terms of the plan that may need further explanation. We have provided their definition as they pertain to the plan. Active Status: Any Member who has enrolled in any one of our Memberships and is current on his/her monthly Subscription Membership fees. Inactive Status: Any Member who has enrolled in any one of our Memberships and that is NOT current on his/her monthly Subscription Membership fees. Associate Broker: All members that are enrolled in the indexprints Brokers Program membership subscription. Membership Fee: A recurring monthly fee for Memberships that processes once within a calendar month. Commissions: Compensation earnings provided by indexprints for sales generated, as explained in the indexprints Compensation Plan. Enroller/Sponsor: The individual who enrolls you as an indexprints Broker.

Compensation Plan - Glossary of Terms Continued Retail Customer: Any customer who purchases directly from a Member s Online Store at the Company s suggested retail price. Retail Profit: The price difference between the Member wholesale price and the Company s suggested retail price. Compensation Plan Q&A s Q. When are commissions and bonuses paid? A. Residual Commissions are paid monthly for all memberships and product subscriptions. However, Residual Commissions are often paid weekly depending on the membership or product subscription renewal date. All Checks will be processed and mailed by the following week the commission generates. (Direct Product Sales Checks are processed and mailed out weekly as well) Note: There will be a $3.00 processing fee for all checks processed and all payments will be held in escrow until the $10.00 threshold is reached on all commissions and bonuses. Q. If I go inactive will I get paid commissions and bonuses? A. No. If you are inactive you are not eligible for commissions and bonuses. (Please see active definition in the Glossary of Terms section.) You will be placed in a Suspended/Inactive status until your subscription is renewed.
