Financial Destination Compensation Plan Note: IMD promotion sales do not generate CEO Leadership Bonuses. Probably the most exciting part of FDI s compensation plan, are the 7 CEO Leadership Coding Bonuses. CEO Regional, Executive, Senior Executive, Vice Presidential, Presidential, Vice Chairman and Senior Vice Chairman. To qualify for the CEO Leadership Bonuses, you must generate 2 customer points AND the enrolled CEO Qualified IMD must generate 2 customer points. CEO Regional Code To qualify for CEO Regional Code, you need to be a fully qualified Regional Marketing Director. (Have 3 personally sponsored IMDs who are CEO qualified. CEO qualified simply means the IMD has generated 2 customer points.) As CEO Regional you will earn a $15 leadership bonus for all new IMDs who are CEO qualified and enter your CEO Regional group paid to an unlimited number of levels. CEO Executive Code To qualify for CEO Executive Code, you need to be an Executive Marketing Director. As CEO Executive, you will earn a $35 leadership bonus for all new personally sponsored reps who are CEO qualified and up to $35 for every qualified CEO IMD in your Executive group, paid to an unlimited number of levels. *Qualified AMD s receive 50% of Coding Bonus. 29

CEO Senior Executive To qualify for CEO Senior Executive Code, you need to be a Senior Executive Marketing Director. As CEO Senior Executive, you will earn a $100 leadership bonus for all new personally sponsored IMDs who are CEO qualified and up to $100 for every CEO qualified IMD in your Senior Executive group, paid to an unlimited number of levels. CEO Vice Presidential To qualify for CEO Vice Presidential Code, you need to be a Vice Presidential Marketing Director. As CEO Vice Presidential, you will earn a $140 leadership bonus for all new personally sponsored IMDs who are CEO qualified and up to $140 for every CEO qualified IMD in your Vice Presidential group, paid to an unlimited number of levels. CEO Presidential Code To qualify for CEO Presidential Code, you need to be a Presidential Marketing Director. As CEO Presidential, you will earn a $170 leadership bonus for all new personally sponsored IMDs who are CEO qualified and up to $170 for every CEO qualified IMD in your Presidential group paid to an unlimited number of levels. CEO Vice Chairman Code To qualify for CEO Vice Chairman Code, you need to be a Vice Chairman Marketing Director. As CEO Vice Chairman, you will earn a $180 leadership bonus for all new personally sponsored IMDs who are CEO qualified and up to $180 for every CEO qualified IMD in your Vice Chairman group paid to an unlimited number of levels. CEO Senior Vice Chairman Code To qualify for CEO Senior Vice Chairman Code, you need to be a Senior Vice Chairman Marketing Director. As CEO Senior Vice Chairman, you will earn a $190 leadership bonus for all new personally sponsored IMDs who are CEO qualified and up to $190 for every CEO qualified IMD in your Senior Vice Chairman group paid to an unlimited number of levels. You must be CEO Qualified to receive FDI s Car Bonus, Leadership Pool, Presidential Pool and for the ability to attend NTD Schools. 30

CEO/AMD Membership Fast Start Bonus The CEO/AMD Membership Bonus is designed to reward FDI Marketing Directors for their personal membership sales activity. This bonus is paid weekly. CEO Package Upgrades and IMD sales do not count for this bonus. Check out the chart below to see the potential of this powerful Bonus plan. 31

Double CEO/AMD Bonus The Double CEO/AMD Bonus is designed to reward FDI Marketing Directors for their personal membership sales activity. This bonus is paid monthly. CEO and AMD Package Upgrades and IMD sales do not count for this bonus. Marketing Directors must enroll a minimum of 3 New CEO/AMD Marketing Directors in the same calendar month in order to qualify for the Double CEO/AMD Fast Start Bonus. Qualifying membership sales generated for the 50% Matching Bonus and the Double CEO/AMD Bonus must remain active for a minimum of 2 consecutive months to be counted for these bonuses. Any memberships that are not active in BOTH months or downgraded will not be counted towards these bonuses. Check out the chart below to see the potential of this powerful Bonus plan. 32

50% Matching Fast Start Bonus The 50% Matching Builders Bonus is designed to reward FDI Marketing Directors for their personally enrolled member s sales activity. CEO Package Upgrades and IMD sales do not count for this bonus. Qualifications: FDI-IMD must be First Class and CEO Qualified and personally enroll at least 1 new IMD during the calendar month to qualify for the 50% Matching Builders Bonus. Qualifying membership sales generated for the 50% Matching Bonus and the Double CEO/AMD Bonus must remain active for a minimum of 2 consecutive months to be counted for these bonuses. Any memberships that are not active in BOTH months or downgraded will not be counted towards these bonuses. 33

Membership Bonus This bonus is paid weekly on New Customer and IMD Enrollments. Representatives earn a one-time $10 Bonus for each new FDIVoice VIP Member they enroll, a $20 New Member Bonus for each new Preferred FDIVoice VIP Member they enroll and a $40 New Member Bonus for each new First Class FDIVoice VIP Member they enroll. 30 Day Bonus This weekly bonus is based on the new CEO/AMD Qualified Marketing Director s first 30 days. The bonus is determined by the Marketing Director s initial membership order. They will earn a $39.95 bonus if they enrolled as a FDIVoice VIP Member, $69.95 bonus if they enrolled as a Preferred FDIVoice VIP Member or a $129.95 bonus if they enrolled as a First Class FDIVoice VIP Member. How it works If a new CEO/AMD Qualified Marketing Director makes 3 or more personal CEO/AMD Qualified Membership sales (The Membership level can be a FDIVoice VIP, Preferred FDIVoice VIP or a First Class FDIVoice VIP Membership) from their join date until their first-month anniversary date, they will earn either a $39.95, $69.95 or $129.95 bonus determined by the membership with which they personally enrolled. IMD and Customer sales do not count towards this bonus. Pay Periods All New Membership Bonuses and 30 Day Bonuses are paid out weekly. The pay period runs from Saturday thru Friday with commissions being mailed the following Friday. The minimum check mailed out is $10 with monies accruing until they reach that dollar amount. 34

Unilevel Commissions Example of Potential Earnings Available** Customer point Requirements: 1 personally enrolled IMD and 2 customer points are required to earn commission on levels 1-6. 3 personally enrolled and 6 customers points are requierd to earn commissions on level 7. ** The examples set forth above are hypothetical examples that are intended to explain the components and operation of the FDI Compensation Plan, and are not income representations. Your success with FDI will directly results from your own efforts. Monthly Pay All Unilevel commissions are calculated on the 10 th and mailed on or about the 15 th of the month for the previous month s sales. When the 15th day of the month falls on a weekend or holiday, checks will generally be mailed on the next business day. 35

Unilevel Commission & Bonus Qualifications Qualification requirements for a FDI-IMD to receive commissions in the Unilevel include generating a minimum Personal Volume (PV) of $39.95. 2 customer points are required for level 1-6 commissions and 1 personally enrolled IMD. 6 customer points are required for level 7 commissions and 3 personally enrolled IMDs. Personal Volume (PV) = FDI-IMD s Personal Sales + Customer Sales A FDI-IMD must generate $129.95 PV to receive up to First Class Commissions in the Unilevel. A FDI-IMD must generate $69.95 PV to receive up to Preferred Commissions in the Unilevel A FDI-IMD must generate $39.95 PV to receive up to VIP Commissions in the Unilevel In the event that a FDI-IMD falls below the required minimum, the FDI-IMD will have the remainder of that month plus one additional pay cycle as a grace period to replace the sale and maintain the ongoing qualification level to be eligible to receive compensation. The FDI-IMD will not receive commissions during the grace period. If a FDI-IMD does not have a qualifying sale for TWO consecutive months their account will be closed and they will be removed from the genealogy. All FDI-IMDs are charged an annual renewal fee of $19.95 on their yearly anniversary date. Placement Option Financial Destination has a placement option that is available for all FDI-IMD s who have achieved the rank of Regional Marketing Director. This placement option allows greater flexibility in building your business. You can help members on your FIRST LEVEL by placing new FDI-IMDs under them. They receive commissions from sales generated from the new FDI-IMDs sales team and the sponsoring FDI-IMD still receives the ongoing Personally Enrolled commission from the Unilevel. Details: A FDI-IMD who achieves the rank of Regional Marketing Director is qualified to place new personally enrolled FDI-IMDs on their first 2 levels and still receive the personally enrolled monthly residual income. This placement option only takes place in the Unilevel. The enrolling FDI-IMD will still receive Fast Start Bonuses generated from the sale. Upline bonuses are paid from the enroller up, not from where the new rep is placed! The FDI-IMD under whom the new rep is placed will have the benefit of receiving commissions on all the sales generated by the new FDI-IMD s sales team. The enroller receives credit for all sales for rank qualification purposes (Regional, Executive, Senior Executive, etc.). Not the person under which the new FDI-IMD is placed. How to Place a New FDI-IMD: On your personal FDI website click Join Now and go to the enrollment page. The Enroller ID# will remain your own. At the bottom of the page is the Placement option. Leave your ID# in that space if you wish for the new rep to be on your 1 st level. If you wish to place them under someone on your FIRST LEVEL put that person s ID# in space and click Next. 36

FDI Leadership Bonuses Regional Marketing Director Bonus An FDI-IMD is eligible to receive the Regional Marketing Director (RMD) status when all of the following qualifications are fulfilled: 1) The IMD must be fully qualified. 2) The IMD has generated and maintains a minimum of 3 personally sponsored Qualified Marketing Directors. 3) 6 customer points are required to earn unilevel commissions on the 7th level Qualified Marketing Director = An individual who has purchased a CEO/AMD Package and has generated 2 customer points. Benefits Each month that the above qualifications have been satisfied, the Regional Marketing Director will be eligible to earn a $2.50 Leadership Bonus on VIP Membership sales, a $5.00 Leadership Bonus on Preferred Membership sales and a $10.00 Leadership Bonus on First Class Membership sales generated on the seventh level of their Unilevel structure. PLUS receive DOUBLE Fast Start Bonuses on all new personally enrolled customer memberships. Executive Marketing Director Bonus An IMD is eligible to receive Executive Marketing Director (EMD) status when all of the following qualifications are fulfilled: 1) The IMD must be fully qualified. 2) The IMD has generated and maintains a minimum of 6 personally enrolled, Qualified Marketing Directors AND generates a minimum of $2500 GMV. Group Membership Volume (GMV) = Total Membership Volume Generated on levels 1-7. Benefits Each month that the above qualifications have been satisfied, the Executive Marketing Director will be eligible to earn an additional $1.00 Executive Leadership Bonus on unlimited pay levels from the Preferred VIP Membership sales volume generated on the eighth level thru unlimited depth of their Unilevel or until the next qualified Executive Marketing Director or higher is identified. 38

Senior Executive Marketing Director Bonus An IMD is eligible to receive Senior Executive Marketing Director (SEMD) status when all of the following qualifications are fulfilled: 1) The IMD must be First Class qualified. 2) The IMD has generated and maintains a minimum of 12 personally enrolled, Qualified Marketing Directors AND generates a minimum of $5000 GMV. Benefits Each month that the above qualifications have been satisfied, the Senior Executive Marketing Director will be eligible to earn a $300* car allowance. Each month that the above qualifications have been satisfied, the Senior Executive Marketing Director will be eligible to earn an additional $2.00 Senior Executive Leadership Bonus on unlimited pay levels from the Preferred VIP Membership sales volume generated on the eighth level thru unlimited depth of their Unilevel or until the next qualified Senior Executive Marketing Director is identified. Vice Presidential Marketing Director Bonus An IMD is eligible to receive the Vice Presidential Marketing Director (VPMD) status when all of the following qualifications are fulfilled: 1) The IMD must be First Class Qualified. 2) The IMD has generated and maintains a minimum of 15 personally enrolled, Qualified Marketing Directors (2 must be Senior Executive Marketing Directors or higher rank) AND generates a minimum of $50,000 GMV. Benefits Each month that the above qualifications have been satisfied, the Vice Presidential Marketing Director will be eligible to earn a $500* car allowance. Each month that the above qualifications have been satisfied, the Vice Presidential Marketing Director will be eligible to earn ONE share of the First Class Leadership Pool. *The car allowances allow the qualifying Marketing Director to pick the car, color and model they prefer with the exception that the vehicle must be a current year model or no more than 2 years old. Once qualified, the SEMD, VPMD or PMD will have 1 monthly commission cycle to provide a picture of themselves with the vehicle to be posted on the FDI website or included in other FDI promotional materials and a copy of the sales/lease agreement. The bonus will then be paid the following monthly commission cycle. Rank Qualifications must be met each month for this bonus to be paid. 39

Presidential Marketing Director Bonus An IMD is eligible to receive Presidential Marketing Director (PA) status when all of the following qualifications are fulfilled: 1) The IMD must be First Class Qualified. 2) The IMD has generated and maintains a minimum of 15 personally enrolled, Qualified Marketing Directors (4 must be Senior Executive Marketing Directors or higher rank) AND generates a minimum of $100,000 GMV. Benefits Each month that the above qualifications have been satisfied the Presidential Marketing Director will be eligible to earn a $750* car allowance. Each month that the above qualifications have been satisfied, the Presidential Marketing Director will be eligible to earn TWO shares of the First Class Leadership Pool. Vice Chairman Marketing Director Bonus An IMD is eligible to receive Vice Chairman (VC) status when all of the following qualifications are fulfilled: 1) The IMD must be First Class Qualified. 2) The IMD has generated and maintains a minimum of 15 personally enrolled, Qualified Marketing Directors (2 must be Presidential Marketing Directors or higher rank) AND generates a minimum of $300,000 GMV. Benefits Each month that the above qualifications have been satisfied the Vice Chairman will be eligible to earn a $5,000/mo. Vice Chairman Bonus consisting of a $1,500 Car Bonus and a $3,500 Lifestyle Bonus PLUS they will be eligible for a $10 Vice Chairman code in the CEO Leadership Bonus. *The car allowances allow the qualifying Marketing Director to pick the car, color and model they prefer with the exception that the vehicle must be a current year model or no more than 2 years old. Once qualified, the SEMD, VPMD or PMD will have 1 monthly commission cycle to provide a picture of themselves with the vehicle to be posted on the FDI website or included in other FDI promotional materials and a copy of the sales/lease agreement. The bonus will then be paid the following monthly commission cycle. Rank Qualifications must be met each month for this bonus to be paid. 40

Senior Vice Chairman Marketing Director Bonus An IMD is eligible to receive Senior Vice Chairman (SVC) status when all of the following qualifications are fulfilled: 1) The IMD must be First Class Qualified. 2) The IMD has generated and maintains a minimum of 15 personally enrolled, Qualified Marketing Directors (4 must be Presidential Marketing Directors or higher rank) AND generates a minimum of $600,000 GMV. Benefits Each month that the above qualifications have been satisfied the Senior Vice Chairman will be eligible to earn a $10,000/mo. Senior Vice Chairman Bonus consisting of a $2,500 Car Bonus and a $7,500 Lifestyle Bonus PLUS they will be eligible for a $10 Senior Vice Chairman code in the CEO Leadership Bonus. *The car allowances allow the qualifying Marketing Director to pick the car, color and model they prefer with the exception that the vehicle must be a current year model or no more than 2 years old. Once qualified, the SEMD, VPMD or PMD will have 1 monthly commission cycle to provide a picture of themselves with the vehicle to be posted on the FDI website or included in other FDI promotional materials and a copy of the sales/lease agreement. The bonus will then be paid the following monthly commission cycle. Rank Qualifications must be met each month for this bonus to be paid. 41

Car Bonuses *The car allowances allow the qualifying Marketing Director to pick the car, color and model they prefer with the exception that the vehicle must be a current year model or no more than 2 years old. Once qualified, the Senior Executive, Vice Presidential or Presidential Marketing Director will have 1 monthly commission cycle to provide a picture of themselves with the vehicle to be posted on the FDI website or included in other FDI promotional materials and a copy of the sales/lease agreement. The bonus will then be paid the following monthly commission cycle. Rank Qualifications must be met each month for this bonus to be paid. 42

VPMD/PMD Leadership Pool Membership VIP Memberships Preferred VIP Memberships First Class VIP Memberships Commisson 3% of company-wide WellnessTRAX sales = $0.50 Company Wide Sales = $1.00 Company Wide Sales = $5.00 Company Wide Sales Each month $5 from every First Class VIP Membership sale, $1 from every Preferred VIP Membership sale, $0.50 from every VIP Membership sale AND 3% of company-wide WellnessTRAX sales are placed into the VPMD/PMD Leadership Pool. The pool is divided among the Presidential and Vice Presidential Marketing Directors. This bonus is paid monthly. Vice Presidential Marketing Directors receive 1 share of the pool. Presidential Marketing Directors receive 2 shares of the pool. VPMD/PMD Pool Qualifications IMD must be fully qualified VPMD, PMD or Higher. IMD must be CEO and First Class qualified. 43

Presidential Marketing Director Advancement Pool When a Marketing Director reaches a new, higher rank it generates the above bonuses. These bonuses are placed into a company-wide pool to be evenly divided among the fully-qualified Presidential Marketing Directors. This Bonus is paid monthly. PMD Advancement Pool Qualifications IMD must be a qualified PMD. IMD must be CEO and FirstClass qualified. IMD must recruit at least 1 new IMD during each calendar month to receive bonus. 44

Presidential Marketing Director - Annual Presidential Bonus 5% of all New Membership Sales are included in the Bonus First Class VIP Membership = $6.50 Preferred VIP Membership = $3.00 FDIVoice VIP Membership = $1.75 How the Presidential Bonus is Earned This Bonus is divided among the qualified Presidential Marketing Directors based on 2 criteria. 1. The number of months qualified as a Presidential Marketing Director. 2. The net growth of their 7-Level Organization. Presidential Bonus Qualifications IMD must be a qualified PMD for at least 3 months between conventions. 45

NTD Advancement Bonus National Training Director Advancement Bonus When a Marketing Director reaches a new, higher rank it generates the above bonuses. These bonuses are divided equally among the National Training Directors (NTD) in the 7-level upline from the newly promoted IMD. If there are no NTD s in the initial 7 levels, the bonus will roll upline until it locates a NTD. Once a NTD is located the bonus continues upline for 6 more levels. The bonus is then divided equally among the NTD s. This bonus is paid monthly. National Training Director (NTD) Qualifications IMD must be SEMD or higher rank with a GMV of at least 20,000GMV. IMD must have at least one personally enrolled qualified SEMD. IMD must be CEO and First Class qualified. IMD must complete the NTD-Qualified Form and submit it to FDI Corporate Headquarters for approval. There is a one-time $399.00 training fee plus a $100 annual renewal fee.
