The following compensation plans can be setup (Bonus Pool, Customer Acquisition Bonus (CAB), Fast Start Bonus, Host / Hostess Reward Program (PartyPlan), Leadership Bonus, Matching Bonus, Membership Commission, Negotiator Bonus (on retail sales), Recycle Matrix Commission, Retail Sales Commission, Retail Sales Commission (by Product), Performance Rewards).

3 Compensation Plan Manager This article explains how to setup and edit compensation plans. The following compensation plans can be setup (Bonus Pool, Customer Acquisition Bonus (CAB), Fast Start Bonus, Host / Hostess Reward Program (PartyPlan), Leadership Bonus, Matching Bonus, Membership Commission, Negotiator Bonus (on retail sales), Recycle Matrix Commission, Retail Sales Commission, Retail Sales Commission (by Product), Performance Rewards). Compensation Plan types and descriptions My document title Plexum feature the following compensation plan types (Bonus Pool, Customer Acquisition Bonus (CAB), Fast Start Bonus, Host / Hostess Reward Program (PartyPlan), Leadership Bonus, Matching Bonus, Membership Commission, Negotiator Bonus (on retail sales), Recycle Matrix Commission, Retail Sales Commission, Retail Sales Commission (by Product), Performance Rewards). Below is the description of each compensation plan. Bonus Pool Bonus Pool is commonly used to reward users (i.e. top performance) in groups. Pre-defined percentage is allocated from (e.g. membership payments, signups fees, upgrade fees, and retail sales). All allocated funds (e.g.. 1% of all membership payments) will be deposited into specified Bonus Pool groups and shared between the qualified users (e.g. weekly, monthly, etc...). Assuming you've setup three IBO user classes (e.g. Bronze, Silver and Gold), and we want to setup two Bonus Pool to reward Silver and Gold class users. Silver Bonus Pool: 1% from Retail Sales 3% from Membership Payments All users within the class share from the total contribution to this Pool, (e.g. if total of 20 users are in Silver class, each user will get 5% of the total allocated amount from the pool). Gold Bonus Pool: 3% from Retail Sales 5% from Membership Payments All users within the class share from the total contribution to this Pool, (e.g. if total of 10 users are in Silver class, each user will get 10% of the total allocated amount from the pool). Customer Acquisition Bonus (CAB) Used to reward users for acquiring new customers that makes purchase from the e-store, the compensation is separate from compensation that the user may get for referring the sales and the acquisition bonus is one-time bonus for each customer. When a new customer registered and buy items of any amount from the integrated e-store, the 1 of 5

4 person the sales is generated from his/her website will get a predefined fixed amount (e.g. $20) or percentage (e.g. 2%) of the total sales amount without calculating tax or shipping cost. Fast Start Bonus Users get monetary bonus for recruiting new users, optional bonus can also be given to the upline of the new recruit sponsor on single or multiple levels (e.g. level 1: 1%, level 2: 2%, etc...). When someone signs up from a user website, a bonus of specified fixed or percentage is awarded to the direct sponsor and if the system is also setup to pay the sponsor upline, it will be paid through the genealogy levels. Direct = 10% (the direct sponsor compensation) Level 1 = 2% Level 2 = 4% Level 3 = $10.00 etc... The compensation plan can be based on either (Binary, Forced Matrix or Uni-Level) genealogy, and its paid one-time on every qualified recruits. Host / Hostess Reward Program (PartyPlan) This is for the PartyPlan companies; this reward program is used to reward the host or hostess for hosting a party, the reward can be (e-store purchase credits, monetary value, or items from the e- store catalog), this is a party base reward. Leadership Bonus (Infinity bonus) Pay fixed or percentage to users in specific groups, based on genealogy or generation (e.g. Bronze, Silver, Gold class, etc...). Leadership Bonus is triggered by activities such as (New sign-ups, Membership payments, Upgrades and Retail sales). This is based on one qualified user per class; Lets assumed a Leadership Bonus is setup as such; Silver class user 2% and Gold class user 5% Joe makes his monthly membership payment of $59 Joe's upline are; Scenario 1 Level 1 = Faith (Silver class) Level 2 = Lola (Gold class) Level 3 = Eniola (Silver class) Level 4 = Prince (Gold class) Level 5 = Moses (Bronze class) Lola will get 5% ($2.95) and Faith will get 2% ($1.18) Scenario 2 Level 1 = Faith (Gold class) 2 of 5

5 Level 2 = Lola (Gold class) Level 3 = Eniola (Silver class) Level 4 = Prince (Gold class) Level 5 = Moses (Bronze class) Faith will get 5% ($2.95) and Eniola will get 2% ($1.18) Basically starting from level 1, the first qualified user it find it reward based on the class, and the compensation plan can be based on either (Binary, Forced Matrix, Uni-Level or Generation) genealogy. Matching Bonus It when a matching compensation is given to one sponsor (e.g. 50% matching of compensation given to the sponsor direct recruit). Lets assumed Lola recruits Faith and Faith recruits Eniola, then Eniola recruits Prince which paid $59 to sign-up fee, Faith will get the 50% matching bonus of Eniola's compensation. Match bonus can be of any amount from 0.01% upward. Matching Bonus can be based on the following compensation (Fast Start Bonus, Membership Commission, Recycled Matrix Commission and Retail Sales Commission). Membership Commission Compensation given to upline sponsors when membership payment is made by downline user. This is a recurring compensation (e.g. Daily, Weekly, Monthly, etc...), and can be based on either (Binary, Forced Matrix, Uni-Level or Generation) genealogy. Negotiator Bonus (on Retail Sales) Negotiator bonus is a fixed or percentage compensation given to one specific IBO member on a particular e-store product sales. Its commonly used to reward members who introduced a product line to the company. Super Weight Lose XL Pill $69.95 King Size New York Cheesecake $19.95 Assuming Eniola introduced Super Weight Lose XL Pill and 2% is setup for Negotiator Bonus on this product and Prince introduced King Size New York Cheesecake and $4.00 fixed amount is setup on the product, if anytime Super Weight Lose XL Pill is included in a purchase, Eniola will get a bonus of $1.39 and if King Size New York Cheesecake is included in any purchase, Prince will get $4.00. Scenario Joe bought the following from the e-store 2 Super Weight Lose Xl Pill: $ King Size New York Cheesecake: $19.95 Totaling $ Negotiation Bonus distribution; Eniola gets $2.78 Prince gets $ of 5

6 The bonus is per item purchased bases not per transaction, so if 3 of product is in an order, the bonus is will be times 3. Recycled Matrix Commission This compensation is used in conjunction with Forced Matrix genealogy, IBO members are rewarded for completing their matrix and recycled. Scenario Compensation; $50 Phase 1 (first cycle) $60 Phase 2 (second cycle) $80 Phase 3 (third cycle) $40 Phase 4 (forth cycle) Genealogy; 2x2 Forced Matrix Lola complete the first phase with 6 people in our genealogy and gets $50 and recycled to phase 2, then complete phase2 with another 6 people and gets $60 and recycled to phase 3 and complete phase 3 with 6 people and gets $80 and recycled to phase 4 then complete phase 4 with another 6 people and get $40. By completing 4 matrix cycle, Lola gets total of $230. Retail Sales Commission This is a compensation paid on referring sales through the replicated website e-store, compensation can be giving to the IBO that referred the sales and its upline for each transaction. Retail Sales Commission can be based on either (Binary, Forced Matrix, Uni-Level or Generation) genealogy. Retail Sales Commission (by Product) This is the same compensation as (Retail Sales Commission) but only paid on specific product, not on the entire sales transaction and product that's setup this way is not included (Retail Sales Commission). Multiple compensation level can be setup for the product (e.g. Level 1: 2%, Level 2: 3%, etc...). Retail Sales Commission can be based on either (Binary, Forced Matrix, Uni-Level or Generation) genealogy. Performance Rewards This is used to reward IBO members for performance, when members reach certain level of recruitment, completes matrix genealogy or makes sales from the e-store, reward is given (e.g. e- store purchase credits, monetary value, or items from the e-store catalog).
