(For example, a single packet of RegeneSlim = 3PV). Personal Volume (PV): Personal volume (points from personal purchases or purchases from a DISTRIBUTOR s Retail Customer). Group Volume (GV): Group volume (points generated from purchases in your entire organization). ORP: Odyssey Rewards Points DISTRIBUTOR: This is the title given to anyone who joins Regeneca WorldWide by purchasing an enrollment package to earn commissions/access inventory at wholesale pricing/etc. Active DISTRIBUTOR: A DISTRIBUTOR who generates a minimum of 50PV every four weeks. Qualified DISTRIBUTOR: A DISTRIBUTOR who generates a minimum of 100PV every four weeks. PE: Personally Enrolled DISTRIBUTOR. Pay Leg: The binary leg with the lesser volume of the two legs for the weekly pay period. Check Match Pay Cycle- Every 4 to 5 weeks. There are 13 pay cycles in one year.
RETAIL SALES Retail sales allow you to earn income by purchasing REGENECA WORLDWIDE products at the wholesale price and then selling them at the retail price. A DISTRIBUTOR can purchase the product and sell it themselves or they can send a Retail Customer to their site where the customer can purchase product anytime they wish. REGENECA WORLDWIDE keeps track of all sales made at the DISTRIBUTOR s replicated site(s) and pays the DISTRIBUTOR a percentage of the price paid by the customer. DISTRIBUTORS are paid weekly. You do not need to be active or qualified to earn profit from sales made to Retail Customers. The DISTRIBUTOR is paid 25% of the retail price the customer paid through their replicated site by Retail Customers. Retail Customers can become DISTRIBUTORS by paying the DISTRIBUTOR enrollment fee as part of a qualifying DISTRIBUTOR Enrollment Pack.
FAST START BONUS (FSB) If you are an active DISTRIBUTOR (have at least 50 PV), you will receive a bonus on the personal orders of anyone you enroll for their first 30 days in the business. Earn 25% on the personal orders of enrollees for their first 30 days in the business if you are active with at least 50PV. This bonus is paid weekly. PERSONAL ENROLLER BONUS If you are a QUALIFIED DISTRIBUTOR with 100PV or more, and one of your personally enrolled DISTRIBUTORS places any order for REGENECA WORLDWIDE products after their first 30 days in the business, then you will receive a bonus on the product portion of that order. Earn 15% on any order of your personally enrolled DISTRIBUTORS after their first 30 days in the business if you are Qualified with 100PV or more. Additionally, Qualified DISTRIBUTORS with 100PV or more earn 10% of the Retail Order (which is equal to 15% of wholesale) placed by customers enrolled by your Level 1 PE Distributors. These bonuses are paid weekly as long as you are Qualified with 100PV.
ROYALTY TEAM MATCH ROYALTY TEAM commissions are at the heart of the REGENECA WORLDWIDE Compensation Plan. As a new DISTRIBUTOR, your focus will be on creating Retail Customers, as well as referring new DISTRIBUTORS to become part of your group or team (both your right and left team). These two teams are referred to as legs or a Binary System. Binary means that you will be placed in one of two legs (left or right) in your enroller s (Sponsoring DISTRIBUTOR and/or Upline) organization. You will then be compensated based on successfully building two teams of your own. As a DISTRIBUTOR, you are part of your enroller s team, meaning they may place DISTRIBUTORS below you as they build their business. As your group begins to grow, you are entitled to Royalty Team commissions based on the total matching volumes generated by each team weekly. Calculating Royalty Team commissions: If you are Active with a minimum of 50PV with at least two Active PE DISTRIBUTORS (one on the left and one on the right), then you qualify for a 10% payout on active volume (active group volume) from your Pay Leg. Royalty Team commissions are paid when both your left and right teams have a minimum of 100 active group volume to pay on. Royalty Team commissions are paid weekly and you may earn up to $25,000 per week*, per leg (Up to 8 legs)**. *Qualified Ranked DISTRIBUTOR - $2,000 p/week max payout; Director Ranked DISTRIBUTOR - $5,000 p/week max payout; Executive Ranked DISTRIBUTOR - $10,000 p/week max payout; Ambassador Ranked DISTRIBUTOR - $25,000 p/week max payout. **When a DISTRIBUTOR advances to an Executive or Ambassador Rank, they will have the option to open new legs in the binary team if they max out their payout on a current leg. EXECUTIVE RANKS: Diamond Up to 2 legs; Blue Diamond Up to 3 legs; Black Diamond Up to 4 legs; AMBASSADOR RANKS: Crown Up to 5 legs; Double Crown Up to 6 legs; Triple Crown Up to 7 legs. Special PV Note: Anytime a DISTRIBUTOR places a Personal Order that issues over 200PV, any PV over the initial 200PV will be carried to their Pay Leg. Example: If a DISTRIBUTOR places an order that issues 350PV, only 200PV will be established as PV and the difference of 150PV will be added to their Pay Leg. In this example, you have a minimum of 50PV with two personally enrolled DISTRIBUTORS. Since you have a minimum of 100GV on each team, you qualify for the 10% payout from your Pay Leg. CHECKMATCH (Level) To further reward our REGENECA WORLDWIDE field leaders, we have created the Check Match (CM) Bonus*. This bonus allows you to earn a CM on the Royalty Team commissions paid to DISTRIBUTORS you personally enroll, the DISTRIBUTORS they personally enroll, and so on up to eight generations of DISTRIBUTORS in your personal enrollment tree. Qualified DISTRIBUTORS, with a rank of Silver or higher, become eligible for level check match: Level 1 Level 2 Level 3 Level 4 Level 5 Level 6 Level 7 Level 8 % 5% 5% 5% 5% 5% 5% 5% 5% *Check Match bonus is a percentage of the Check Match Pay Cycle cumulative Royalty Team commissions GENERATIONAL CHECK MATCH (GCM) When you first achieve the paid rank of Diamond Executive or higher, and you have at least 200PV, you will be eligible for Generational Check Match for that 4-week Check Match Pay Cycle. (In order to receive GCM each 4-week period after the first period that you earned GCM, you must maintain a paid rank of Diamond Executive or higher). When you qualify for GCM, you are not eligible for Level Check Match. Generational Check Match overrides Level Check Match. A generation is determined by each Diamond Executive found in your Personally Enrolled organization. Your first generation would be all the PE levels between yourself and the level of your first Diamond Executive. On that level you are paid a 5% check match on all binary checks in the PE levels that make up that generation. Your next generation is made up of all the levels between your first Diamond Executive and your next Diamond Executive to include that Diamond s level. A generation ends when a qualified Diamond Executive is found, regardless of depth. You will receive 5% on this generation and all other generations until you reach 8 generations of Diamond Executives. You may earn a GCM not only on the Diamond Executives found in each of your personal enrollment tree groups, but also on DISTRIBUTORS at the various ranks below Diamond Executive. The GCM has unlimited width, determined only by the number of Level 1 PE DISTRIBUTORs. Therefore, in order to maximize your income, you should strive to continue advancing to higher ranks as well as personally enrolling DISTRIBUTORS, thereby creating more personal enrollment tree legs on which you can earn a GCM. Example Illustration Generational Check Match This illustration is designed to help you better understand the GCM program. In this example, you are a qualified Diamond Executive, which enables you to earn a GCM up to 8 generations of Diamond Executives on each of your four personal enrollment tree teams. Once a QUALIFIED paid as Diamond Executive is found on any team, it completes the first generation of DISTRIBUTORS for that particular team. Let s look at the team that begins with Bob. In this particular team, you would earn a GCM through Ryan and Skip, who are at the bottom of your 5th generation, and within 8 Diamond Executive generations. Let s look at one final example. On the personal enrollment tree team beginning with Amy, no Diamond Executive exists in this line; therefore, everyone in this line is considered first generation. If Amy or Ted were to earn Royalty Team commissions, you would earn a first generation GCM. To maximize your
earnings with the GCM Bonus, you should strive to reach our highest Regeneca rank. ALL STAR BONUS All Star Bonuses give you an opportunity to earn extra shares in Regeneca Worldwide s Revenue Sharing Pools by achieving a STAR Rank. When a DISTRIBUTOR first enrolls, they ll have the opportunity to purchase a Product Point Package A, B, or C or one of 3 Business Builder Packages. Each of these packages is associated with a STAR Rank. As long as the Distributor completes an LOI (Letter of Intent) within 30 days, anytime during or after this period, when they duplicate by selling enrollment packages to two new PE DISTRIBUTORS they will earn the appropriate STAR Rank as shown below.

Your Star level/multiplier is always determined by the minimum enrollment package sold. Lets repeat the above example, only this time, the DISTRIBUTOR you enroll on your left purchases Product Point Package B, and the DISTRIBUTOR on your right purchases Product Point Package C, you will then be considered a 2 STAR, earning a 2x Multiplier for life. REVENUE SHARING POOLS (RSP) As a DISTRIBUTOR, you may position yourself to share in 7% of the 4-week cycle PV produced by all REGENECA WORLDWIDE DISTRIBUTORS. All Star Producer Pool* This pool contains 2% of the 4-week cycle PV. As a Qualified DISTRIBUTOR or higher, you earn shares in this pool when you sell a qualifying Enrollment Package. *You may earn additional shares in this pool based on your star rank (if applicable). For example, if you enrolled a new PE DISTRIBUTOR and you are a 3 STAR DISTRIBUTOR, you would receive a total of 3 shares in the Producer Pool. Executive Leadership Pool - This pool contains 5% of the 4-week cycle PV. If a DISTRIBUTOR earns the paid rank of Diamond Executive or higher at the end of a 4-week cycle, then for every $1000 of income earned in the previous cycle, the DISTRIBUTOR will receive 1 share* in the Executive Leadership Pool. You may be eligible to participate in this pool every 4-week cycle that you maintain the minimum pool qualifications**. A Diamond Executive will stay qualified as Diamond Executive for three, 4-week cycles once achieving the paid rank. When you reach the paid rank of Diamond Executive, REGENECA WORLDWIDE will qualify you in the current 4-week cycle and for an additional two, 4-week cycles at Diamond Executive status so that you may participate in the Revenue Sharing Pool.

If I go inactive, what happens to my volume and organization? All accumulated group volume will be reset to zero; however, once you reactivate by generating 50 PV, you will once again begin to accumulate group volume as products are sold in your downline organization. Once I ve earned commissions, when can I expect to be paid?
The commission week ends Friday at exactly midnight (PST). Any earned commissions will be paid 7 days later, which is the Friday after the end of the commission week. However, the first time commissions are earned, we must process your E-Wallet account where your commissions are deposited. When Royalty Team Commissions are paid, what volume is deducted from my business center? Any volume on your left and right legs that was used to earn Royalty Team commissions will be deducted. What is Auto-Delivery? This optional program allows you to establish a standing order every four weeks with REGENECA WORLDWIDE. Your product will be delivered to you on a regular basis. You can put your Auto-Delivery order on hold, change it, or cancel it at any time by sending an email to support@regeneca.com.
