Complex Security Systems Mobile Surveillance Systems Integrated Systems for Monitoring and Surveillance INTEGRATED SYSTEM FOR PROTECTION, MONITORING AND REAL-TIME SURVEILLANCE Monitors, detects and tracks people and vehicles, illegally entering the areas of strategic sites or performing other offenses, detect signs of preparing of breaches; Includes a reliable communication system for data exchanging, real time transmission of commands and video stream;
INTEGRATED SYSTEM FOR PROTECTION, MONITORING AND REAL-TIME SURVEILLANCE Takes appropriate and adequate countermeasures; Manages the accumulated database; Depending on the specific geographic location of the protected object, its size and special features that it performs - industrial or military a specific technical solution of the system is built. When protecting a military establishment OPTIX integrates technical equipment with military performance, covering all mechanical and climatic requirements and are licensed by the military standards (explosion-proof equipment - cameras, sensors and accomplishing of galvanic separation of power, communication and video lines).
COMPONENTS OF THE INTEGRATED SYSTEM FOR PROTECTION, MONITORING AND REAL-TIME SURVEILLANCE MONITORING AND CONTROL CENTER Stationary posts for technical and visual surveillance (SPTS) Integrated perimeter alarm-security system (IPASS) Mobile posts for technical and visual surveillance (MPTS) Service subsystems, communications and others. Specialized software
STATIONARY POSTS FOR TECHNICAL AND VISUAL SURVEILLANCE (SPTS) SPTS are maintenance-free and perform tasks of high-monitoring in specified section of the zone of protection of the strategic sites; The control and administration of the sensors and the means of communication are remotely done from the monitoring and control center; If there is a collapse of the communication (emergency mode) the control and management are realized by a workplace in the stationary post.
1.OPTO-ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT (ОEE) OEE may include a cooled thermal imaging camera and a long-range day vision camera, through which targets can be detected up to 20 km in all weather conditions during the day; pan tilt allowing n x 360 observation; laser rangefinder to measure the distance to the observed targets; digital magnetic compass and GPS to determine the coordinates of the observed targets. 2. RADAR STATION (RS) The radar system has greater sensitivity and complex architecture; It is developed primarily for detection of objects under different climatic conditions; The control and management are carried out by the Monitoring and Control Centre. The radar subsystem is composed of two main units : Transceiver / antenna(tra); Management device(icu); MAIN COMPONENTS OF THE SPTS Land, river and air radar systems are used.
MAIN COMPONENTS OF THE SPTS 3. Subsystems for services and communication: Main and backup power; Subsystem "Video surveillance"; Subsystem "Access Control"; Subsystem "Fire alarm and fire fighting"; Subsystem Perimeter lighting"; Climatic installation.
INTEGRATED PERIMETER ALARM-SECURITY SYSTEM (IPASS) The Integrated perimeter alarm-security system (IPASS) provides detection, monitoring and tracking of people and vehicles illegally crossing the perimeter of the strategic objects or performing other offenses. It consists of autonomous maintenance-free ground sensors located along these special areas of security and surveillance, uncooled thermal imaging cameras and / or day vision cameras which are going to be activated when the sensors alarm for motion in the area. The ground sensor detects a person within a radius of 50 to 100 m, a vehicle within 50 to 200 m;
INTEGRATED PERIMETER ALARM-SECURITY SYSTEM (IPASS) The sensor is capable of autonomous operation within 5 years; The sensor module with its individual elements is maximum masked to the surrounding area during all seasons.
MAIN COMPONENTS OF IPASS : 1. Uncooled Thermal Vision Camera MINION MINION is a portable thermal vision camera suitable for integration into security and surveillance systems, enabling 24-hour surveillance in total darkness and under harsh weather conditions. The innovative optical system, the sensitive detector and the digital video processing provide sharp and detailed image at any time of day and night in a completely passive mode.
MAIN COMPONENTS OF IPASS : Each of the static mounted thermal imaging cameras provides surveillance along the entire length of the area of security. The reliable mechanical design makes MINION suitable for outdoor installation without additional sealing of the housing. The front lens of the camera has applied a protective coating which is extremely resistant to bad weather conditions. The lens is really easily cleaned.

2. Prop (pylon) MAIN COMPONENTS OF IPASS : The props (pylons) for installation of the uncooled thermal imaging cameras are designed with sufficient stiffness, strength and stability to maintain the specified load under severe weather conditions. 3. Autonomous power supply In order to achieve full autonomy of the installed monitoring systems accumulator batteries are used. They are going to be charged by solar panels.
Application for perimeter protection: mountain / cross-country in plain site strategic objects airports location of personnel and technical means pipelines
MOBILE POSTS FOR TECHNICAL AND VISUAL SURVEILLANCE (MPTS) Actions related to the control of certain areas of the perimeter; Conducting operations for detention of persons engaged in criminal activity in the monitored area; Covering of the destinations outside the perimeter area; Covering of the area of observation in occasion of equipment failure of a stationary post for technical and visual surveillance.

It is installed on a workstation (Personal Computer, PC) and provides full direct and remote access for management and control of all electro-optical components of the monitoring system, radar system and all subsystems; The software is characterized by an automatic sensor recognition, management of pan-tilt devices and devices for remote control; It has a built-in video player through which the operator receives video images in real time from any of the connected sensors; The sensors transmit the video stream in MPEG format over Ethernet connection;
SPECIALIZED SOFTWARE FOR CONTROL AND MONITORING Enables opportunity to make the necessary settings for proper operation of all peripheral devices; Receives and processes in real time the signals submitted through the communication system indicating for alarm events; Displays in real time any alarm on electronic map; Determines the location of the ongoing violation with an accuracy corresponding to the sensitivity of the sensors; Classifies the object - a person or vehicle; When submitting a signal for alarm event from a sensor (maintenance-free seismic sensor), it signalizes the thermal imaging camera, located closest to the triggered sensor. In this mode, the camera goes from mode "Inactive" to mode "Monitoring".
SPECIALIZED SOFTWARE FOR CONTROL AND MONITORING Real-time receiving of signals when trying to sabotage or in case of technical problems; Receives, processes and visualizes in real-time the transmitted through the communication system video stream from the activated camera. Allows switching from mode "Monitoring" to mode "Inactive" of the active camera through a command by the operator of the system; Allows manual activation and deactivation of one or several cameras through a command by the operator of the system; Allows construction of different programmable time intervals for activation / deactivation in real time of particular areas for security.
