Cardiology Robert Huxley, MD Dr. Huxley earned his degree in medicine from the University of Wisconsin - Madison School of Medicine in 1977. He completed his residency at the University of Wisconsin Clinical Campus at Sinai Samaritan Medical Center in 1980, where he served as chief medical resident. He completed his cardiology and nuclear cardiology fellowships at the University of Texas - Southwestern Medical Center, Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas, Texas, in 1983. 1

Elissa R Hellman, MD Dr. Hellman earned her degree in medicine from New York University School of Medicine. She completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset, New York, where she was administrative chief resident during her last year. Dr.Hellman's special interests include adolescent gynecology and general obstetrics. Good patient/doctor communication is important to her to ensure effective patient education. Pediatrics Adam King, MD Dr. King earned his degree in Medicine from the Medical College of Wisconsin in 2006 and completed his residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin Affiliated Hospitals in 2010. Dr. King enjoys providing medical care for the entire family and has special interests in both preventive care and sports medicine. Darcy Lesniak, MD Dr. Lesniak earned her degree in medicine from the Medical College of Wisconsin in 2000. She completed a pediatric internship and residency at Children s Hospital of Wisconsin in 2003. Dr. Lesniak is board certified in pediatrics and joined Columbia St. Mary s in 2003. Her areas of special interest include breastfeeding, nutrition, growth and development, childhood fitness, asthma/allergies, self-esteem and body image. 4

He completed his residency in podiatric surgery from Central Community Hospital in Clifton, Illinois in 1985. Dr. Czarnecki is board certified in podiatric surgery. He has been in private practice in Mequon and Hartford for over 24 years. 5
