The technical development of our on-load boiler cleaning equipment is a continuous process. Improved design details ensure, for example, easier handling an upgrade can represent a step towards more safety. It is becoming increasingly common for us to install sensors which register exactly where and how intensively deposits have built up on the heating and reaction surfaces. Cleaning of the boiler can then be based on this information and carried out selectively, meaning a decrease in the use of cleaning media. Adaptation of boiler cleaning to the actual deposit situation means a significantly more efficient operation can be achieved than with conventional, fixed cleaning schemes. 4 5
Benefit by upgrading examples Flexible contract options for longstanding service partnerships Upgrade example 1: SMART SET blower valve The correct blowing pressure is a decisive factor if optimal boiler cleaning is to be carried out on a boiler whose conditions have been altered. The necessary adjustment of the blowing pressure can be completed with the SMART SET blowing valve in only a few minutes. This takes place during the operation of the blower and without having to shut off the steam line beforehand. What is particularly clever about this process is the square hole of the adjustment disc corresponding to the square section of the valve stem. The turning motion is transferred to the adjustment disc and increases or decreases the blowing pressure as required. Upgrade example 2: Energy chain instead of cable carriers Use of our energy chains instead of conventional cable carriers results in a reduction in maintenance work as inspection and re-tensioning of the cables is no longer necessary. Energy chains also provide fault-free and safe operation, and make alarm signals due to broken cables a thing of the past. Upgrade example 3: Automatic packing tightener Inspection of the packing in every individual blower is important but is also very time consuming. With an automatic packing tightener, the packing is constantly kept at the necessary tightness. Manual re-packing is reduced to a minimum, significantly fewer inspections need to be carried out. The steam blower s operating time is increased and you save steam at the same time due to the decreased leakage. - - Level of in-house effort + + Our contract options In general, we base a contract for maintenance and service around your individual needs. We offer the following three different types of contract: Fixed price maintenance contract We guarantee maximum availability of your equipment for the period of your contract. You obtain advantages from the full service package, which includes supply and delivery of spare parts, installation and regular maintenance. Inspection contract Defined standard work is carried out at a fixed price, all other additional work is subject to prices agreed in advance.
