ABOUT US Global Funds Management Ltd (GFM) is a boutique corporate management firm in the Cayman Islands serving the alternative investment management industry. GFM s primary focus is the provision of independent directorships and associated corporate services to hedge fund clients. GFM holds a Company Managers licence, is regulated by the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority and is subject to ongoing regulatory obligations. Grant was responsible for the GSAS offices in the Cayman Islands and in Toronto, Canada. GSAS was part of the Goldman Sachs group and is a recognised industry leader in providing administration services to pooled investment vehicles operated by investment managers. Grant s responsibilities encompassed all aspects of the fund administration business, including fund accounting, investor services, corporate services and fund structuring. Grant was a member of the GSAS Global Management team and helped grow the fund administration business into a global platform with over US$200 billion in assets under administration. Grant was on the Board of Directors for a number of Goldman Sachs entities, including Goldman Sachs (Cayman) Trust, Limited and Goldman Sachs Administration Services (Canada) Co. Grant also served on the board of the Cayman Islands Fund Administrators Association along with participating in a number of private sector and government committees. Grant has 14 years experience working with Goldman Sachs in both the Cayman Islands and in London where he was employed as a consultant in the Product Accounting & Risk Analysis group from 1995 to 1997 with Goldman Sachs International (London). Grant relocated to the Goldman Cayman office in 1997. Before joining Goldman Sachs in 1995, Grant worked for Carr & Stanton Chartered Accountants an independent accounting firm in New Zealand providing tax, financial accounting and business advice for small to medium sized clients. Grant is a member of the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants and has a Bachelor of Business Studies in Accounting and also received a Diploma in Finance from Massey University (NZ).

GLG Partners Services LP is part of the UK based GLG group, a leading global investment manager and one of the largest alternative asset managers in the world. Alun s role comprised of all aspects of the Cayman Islands operation of GLG Partners Services LP. Alun continues to act as director for all of GLG s Cayman Islands domiciled funds covering a range of strategies including equity, macro, emerging markets, credit and convertible bond investment products. Alun is also the board s representative on the GLG fund s Independent Pricing Committee. Alun has considerable experience in the areas of accountancy, tax, liquidation and client service work and applies this broad skill set to his work as a fund director. His experience includes 8 years with KPMG in London and 18 years in the Cayman Islands, including as Manager of the Liquidations Department of PricewaterhouseCoopers; as Managing Director of the fiduciary services company owned by the law firm Boxall s (now merged and part of the law firm Ogier); as Head of Client Services at Bank Austria Cayman Islands Limited, with responsibility for, inter alia, oversight of the bank's corporate management, trustee business, loan portfolio and regulatory / compliance matters; and as the owner of Cayman Financial Consultants Ltd., providing independent directorship services. Alun obtained a law degree from Kings College London University in 1985 and is a board member of AIMA in the Cayman Islands. Alun is also a committee member of the International Sailing Federation and a keen sailor having competed in the 1996 Olympics.

As a member of the Citco Management Team, Patrick had direct responsibility for the operations of the Cayman Islands office. Citco is an affiliate of The Citco Group Ltd. and has established itself as the market leader in hedge fund administration providing services to the seminal names of the fund industry. As the Managing Director of Citco Cayman, Patrick was responsible for all aspects of the business, including fund administration, investor relations & corporate services and served on the board of various Citco entities and Cayman registered hedge funds. Patrick was a former Director and founding member of the Cayman chapter of Hedge Funds Care and is a past member of the Executive Committee of the Cayman Islands Fund Administrators Association. Prior to joining Citco in 1995 Patrick was employed by Deloitte & Touche in the Cayman Islands and Samson Belair, Deloitte & Touche in Montreal. Patrick is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Cayman Islands Society of Professional Accountants. He received a Graduate Diploma in Public Accountancy from McGill University and a Bachelors of Commerce Degree from Concordia University.

A qualified attorney, Georgia holds directorships on investment fund vehicles and structures covering a broad range of investment strategies. Georgia has extensive international experience in corporate governance and in legal and regulatory matters. She has particular expertise in the establishment of investment funds, structuring, operations, fund governance and Cayman and cross-jurisdictional regulatory matters. Georgia joined GFM from Intertrust Cayman where she served on the board of a number of investment fund vehicles and structures. During her tenure as a Vice President of Intertrust Cayman, Georgia provided director and trustee services to investment funds sponsored by some of the world s largest alternative investment fund managers located in North America, Europe and Asia. Georgia began providing director services as a Vice President of Walkers Fund Services Limited, a division of leading offshore law firm Walkers, which was acquired in 2012 by the Intertrust Group, a global trust and corporate management services provider. Prior to joining WFS, Georgia was a member of the Investment Funds Group at Walkers in its Cayman Office. Georgia qualified and practised as a Solicitor at Holding Redlich law firm in Melbourne, Australia, specializing in the area of professional liability. She was appointed a Senior Examiner in the Enforcement Directorate, Department of Trade and Industry in London, England, where she was responsible for the investigation of directors conduct and the preparation and management of directors disqualification proceedings on behalf of the Secretary of State. Georgia also practiced as a Solicitor at the UK insurer, Abbey Protection Group Limited. Georgia holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws from Monash University, Australia. She was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria, Australia, and of the High Court of Australia in 2000. She was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales in 2003. Georgia is an Associate of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment, UK (ACSI) and a professionally accredited director with the Institute of Chartered Secretaries Canada (ICSA). A resident of Grand Cayman, Georgia is a member of the Cayman Islands Directors Association and of the International Division of the Law Society of England and Wales.

Until his retirement in December 2004, Peter was Chief Financial Officer of Kingdon Capital Management, a four billion dollar hedge fund based in New York. At Kingdon, Peter was a general partner for Kingdon Associates and Kingdon Family Partners, served as a member of the supervisory board of M Kingdon Offshore Fund and was responsible for most non investment operations of the firm. He also served as trustee for various Kingdon and other trusts. He began his career at Kingdon as the controller in 1989. During his sixteen years at Kingdon, the firm grew from five people with 20 million in assets to 45 people and over 4 billion in assets. Previously, Peter spent time in various financial capacities including five years as Controller for Clark Management Company, a family office/investment advisory firm and four years in the accounting department of Philip Morris International. Peter received a B.A. in Accounting from Queens College in 1976 and an M.B.A. in Finance from St. John s University in 1980. He currently resides in Manhasset NY with his wife and three children.
