AGM Wrap Up We would like to say thank you to all the members and business partners who attended our 46th Annual General Meeting on the 20th of November at the Pullman King George Hotel in Brisbane. Congratulations goes to Andrew Haynes and Henry Scheuber for being re-appointed as Directors of the board. The AGM is one of the best ways to meet fellow members of the Credit Union as well as the staff from Railways Credit Union. We appreciate the time taken to share your opinion and have your say on the future of your Credit Union. We look forward to seeing you again for the 2015 Annual General Meeting. Set up for a great New Year Now that the Christmas tree is packed away and the relatives are on their way back home after all the recent festivities, now is a good time to consider where you are at financially as we kick off the New Year. Below are a few options worth considering that could really benefit you and your family in 2015. RCU - Your Leading Digital Banking Partner In recent survey exercises you told us that you expect better online and digital services to be provided by RCU. You indicated that services making it easier to deal with a financial institution and allow you to access services outside of the normal business hours were highly valued. As such, RCU has embarked on an ongoing process to upgrade and enhance our online experience for all members. The first stage of this enhancement is to improve the ability for you to not only activate your new RCU Visa Debit card online but also allow you to choose your own PIN at any time of the day, any day of the year! Even if you are an existing card holder you can log on to our Railnet Internet Banking at any time and choose your own PIN. This is the first stage of many and our aim is to ensure that RCU is one of the leading providers of online financial services in Australia. 247075 Pick your PIN We have put together an instructional video that can be found here: www.rcu.com.au/change-your-pin This video will guide you through the process to change your PIN, or you can follow the details below. It is important to note that members must have their mobile phone number registered with RCU prior to taking advantage of this service. Pick your PIN wherever you are Scan this code and watch the tutorial menu. It is important the mobile number you select is the one you have access to, as a security passcode will be sent to the selected mobile number. Once you have selected the required mobile number, press Get SMS. Your mobile phone will then receive a passcode via SMS, you need to then enter that passcode into the highlighted field on your computer. You will then be prompted for security measures to enter your Railnet password. Select Change PIN to confirm the change. Your new PIN has now been activated and can be used immediately. If you have any questions at all, our friendly member care consultants are more than happy to assist you to change your PIN. See below for more information on contacting the member care consultants. Log into your online banking via Railnet. Select Other from the navigation bar and then select PIN Change from the drop-down menu. Your card will need to be active before you can change your PIN. The Card Activation option can be found under Other in the navigation bar. Choose your new PIN with the virtual on screen keyboard and then press OK. You then need to repeat this step, ensuring that you enter the exact same new PIN each time.
