Jones has advised and defended employers in a range of employment law issues with extensive experience in employment litigation. As lead trial and arbitration counsel dozens of times, he has an impressive record of success in cases involving discrimination, harassment and retaliation. He has led the national class action defense of wage and hour cases; and has aggressively protected business interests from unfair competition.
