Practical guidelines for students are designated by the curriculum committees. 2) Defense of thesis and pass the final oral examination with an approval of a committee appointed by the university. 3) Thesis or part of it has to be published or accepted to publish in journals, academic presses or a proceeding in a conference; student must be the first author, at least 1 article.
